Positive experience: Good trainers and well equipped gym. The gym plan is economical as well. I pay 300AED for 3 months. The only problem I find is that the gym is overcrowded in the evenings.I prefer morning time as its pleasant and less crowded :)

Positive experience: Staff is friendly, good trainers, but too much crowded.

Positive experience: Gym equipment was old, the numbers on the pulley machines were faded away. However, the coach was very helpful and accommodating. It was also nice to workout using classic Nautilous equipment.

Positive experience: It's amazing. It is very good gym for build your body It was once a very convenient place to workout before but ever since I moved, it’s difficult for Me to visit the place. The downside is the timing given and available for the ladies. The facilities are there for your own disposal, very big and spacious. Another downside is the locker. Not really organize.

Positive experience: Very cheap but there are a lot of negative things about this gym. The opening times aren’t that great. The weights on cable machines have no units on them (kg/lbs) they have numbers instead (1,2,3..). AC is not working most of the time. The people who visit this gym have no manners at all, they don’t ask to work in, they just start using the equipment without asking. They also don’t use towels or wipe down the equipment after use. Unless you’re a big, jacked guy, the trainers keep interfering with your workouts and try to “correct” your form. But overall for the price it’s not that bad I guess.
