Fantastic experience: Fantastic gym. Very new with top end equipment (Matrix) that is maintained very well. Huge place so you never have to wait for equipment to be free even at peak times. The building is a bit grotty from outside but take the lift to top floor and the whole thing is the gym. Personal trainer Moataz is fantastic.

Positive experience: Great gym for martial arts. However, more timings for classes and coaches would be very helpful. The classes are too crowded currently as there are only 2 timings a day for muay thai and only one coach ( who is great!).
