Fantastic experience: Guys this gym is for you if you looking for the best price ,different machine for every muscle , huge area , CrossFit ,boxing , always smell good, management, reception they always so nice and coach always their and they r so nice and pro I have been in many gyms believe me you will love . The only issue with me is this gym located in car showrooms area and they will try to buy your car always. If you want to be a champion it’s really for you .

Positive experience: الصالة فيها أغلب الأجهزة الي يحتاجها المبتدئ و اكيد المحترف ، نظيفة ، الواي فاي سريع جدا ، يتوفر فيها كوفي و مطعم للاكلات الصحية. # بعض السلبيات الي هي خارج عن يد الصالة ، بما ان الصالة في معارض السيارات فبالتاكيد راح تسمع بيع بيع كثير و باصوات عالية ههههههه . بمان ان اعمال الصيانة و التطوير لا زالة مستمره في المعارض راح تلقى فقط في الفترة المسائية صعوبة العثور على موقف بعض الاحيان . بالنهاية انت هناك للتمرين و انجاز ما ترغب انجازه ليس للتعارف او دراست نفسيات الناس و قراءة شخصياتهم كل التوفيق

Positive experience: المعدات الرياضيه جيده ، النظافه جيده ، الفتره الصباحيه ابدا مافي زحمه ، اسعارهم معقوله مقارنه بالصالات الرياضيه في المنطقه ، لكن المشكله اللي اواجهها ان الصاله دايما بارده

Fantastic experience: نادي على مستوى كبير يوفر جميع اجهزة الرياضه من افضل الانديه في المنطقه فيه كوفي و واكل دايت نادي جدا جميل والاداره متعاونه جدا مع المشتركين و الاجمل فيه تعليم الملاكمه للصغار والكبار .

Positive experience: من ناحية الموقع فهو جيد لكن تقطع مسافة حتى تدخل بسبب ضيق اللباركنات خاصة فالنهار حر وصيف ، الاستقبال الموظفة عادية تحتاج شوية تدريب فالاستقبال والبشاشة ، الالات ما شاءالله متنوعة ،الحمامات تحتاج مغاسل خارجية ما تحتاج تدخل تويلت عشان تغسل ويهك ، فعالية المدربين اولا لازم توحيد زي بحيث يكونون معروفين بلون مثل اللون الاحمر او الاصفر وكتابة مدرب كوش او تراينر وكذلك فعاليتهم مب كبيرة ما تحس بوجودهم يحتاجو يكونو اكثر تعاون ويا المتدربين جميعا عالاقل اللي يسوي شي غلط يصححو له ويتعرفو على الوجوه الجديدة ويعرفو بانفسهم لان الجدد تلاقيهم ضايعين لكسب استمراريتهم

Positive experience: The gym is remarkable and has huge spaces that lets you exercise freely. Most of the equipments are available and more to come. The facilities are clean and sanitized all the time even after usage. My only issue is that the Gym doesn’t open exactly at 6 AM, most of the times I arrived early, it opened at 6:30 AM. I hope the gym can stick to their timing. EDIT (July 2021) The gym is still the best in Al Shamkha, I have one concern, the gym hall needs some re-arranging, because there is a big area in the gym that is taken by a Abu Dhabi Boxing Club or something, in that area, there are some equipment that I wanted to use but the boxing instructors kept saying that this place is off limits until they finish exercising. I wish if the gym can expand and provide more variety in the equipment and training devices.

Fantastic experience: This gym deserves more than 5 stars, magnificent gym with an amazing facility, top equipments and great environment to carry out your daily workout, Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym is suitable for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at. I will definitely be returning to subscribe, considering the price range is very reasonable with PT offering for multiple sessions.

Fantastic experience: You may say the best gym in shamkha in terms of machines, setup, size and staff. The owner cares about customer satisfaction and safety. Timings are suitable for both early workout lovers and late night champs :). Wish you all success.
