Positive experience: Brilliant gym. The price is very high and there is never anyone at the coffee stand. Waiting for almost 30 mins for someone to come

Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience at Body Abs fitness center, Al Shamkhah. Truly impressed by their top-notch and exceptional customer service people! Highly professional and qualified trainers. Gym is well-maintained, with strong focus on hygiene. They’ve got separate Gents and Ladies area for workouts which I really appreciate. Explained and tailored personalised workout plans for both me and my wife. Highly recommend Body Abs (Shamkhah branch) if you’re looking for a fitness center offering quality service and expert trainers.

Negative experience: Horrible pricing and they take advantage of being the only gym in the area. You want to negotiate but they keep showing you yearly plans which doesn't make it cheaper.

Positive experience: Front disk must provide more professionalism, good to try it for one week then you can judge

Negative experience: واجهت مشكلة في التسجيل بسبب الموظف درويش، ما اعرف كيف وظفوه وهو اساسيات الاستقبال ما عنده، ولما خبرته ان الاسعار غالية نوعاً ما شو السبب قالي اذا تشوف غالي تقدر تروح جم ثاني هذا غير انه نفسيته خايسه وماله خلق يتكلم I had trouble registering because of the employee, Darwish. I don't know how they hired him when he lacks the basic skills for front desk service. When I mentioned that the prices were a bit high and asked why, he told me if I thought it was expensive, I could go somewhere else. On top of that, his attitude was terrible, and he clearly didn't want to talk

Negative experience: صارلي حول شهر ونص مشتركه وقبل سنه بعد اشتركت بس لأنه الجم قريب ونظيف بس فيه بعض السلبيات اللي ابدًا ما حبيتها و اتمنى تعدلونها وهي ضيق المكان مقارنةً بجم الشباب و الاجهزه اللي صوب بعض ومافي مكان بسبب الزحمه اضطر اني اتمرن متأخر عشان اتجنب الزحمه ثانيًا بعض الاجهزه مب متوفره يعني انا دافعه مبلغ وقدره على ثلاث شهور عشان اوصل لهدف معين وما احصل اجهزة المفروض تكون موجوده ؟ ثالثًا انه اللوكرات اللي ف غرفة تبديل الملابس اغلبها خربانه وما تسكر وفوق ها ما توسع شنطة الجم ف شو فايدتها ؟ و اخيرًا دورة المياه عزكم الله ليش جم كامل مافيه الا حمام واحد بس! اتمنى تنظرون لهالموضوع لأنه حرام اكون دافعه وما احصل الاشياء البديهيه اللي المفروض تكون ف كل جم .

Positive experience: Be sure u have someone with u Because the trainer or recipient. Like owner they will not help u.. just ask u about money.. and that's it. We wish owner or management change

Positive experience: المكان زحمه زحمه وتقعد تنتظر الجهاز الين يبرد جسمك . إذا بتتدرب آخر الليل او الصباح بدري سجل بس من ١٢ الظهر الين ٩ فالليل زحمه شديده

Negative experience: الجم الأسعار مبالغ فيها و نضافه سيئه جدا

Negative experience: The gym is good but the receptionist's name is Darwish, his dealings with customers are very bad and his style is not suitable for someone who receives customers. The receptionist should be a person who welcomes customers well

Fantastic experience: المكان مرتب ونظيف ومعظم ‏الأجهزة اللي أحتاجها متوفرة ….. ‏ولكن عتبي على المدربين مش متعاونين أبدا أبدا أنادي المدرب تعال علمني على الجهاز حرفيا يوقف قدام الجهاز يأشر على الجهاز بدون لا يشرح لي كيف الطريقة تكررت العملية هذي ثلاث مرات ما حصلت من يعلمني على الاجهزة

Negative experience: الاسعار مرتفعه والطاقم غير متعاون ويجب ادفع لكي اتعلم

Fantastic experience: Very nice place with very supporting stuff. The facilities are good but not very big and prices are slightly above average. But they do have excellent special offers from time and I will recommend taking it. They open 24/7 and recommend if you are live in alhsmkhah or near areas. Something very nice that if you can not attend some of the days they can shift it to you at the end of your period which maximize you registration on the gym. They also respect prayer times and switch off the music in prayers times and in the morning which is something I respect.

Positive experience: نادي النساء صغير لو بتجي ببعض الأوقات مافي ولا جهاز تشتغلي عليه ولا حتى اوزان ، المكان نظيف و الأجهزة ممتازة

Positive experience: اتيت لكي اسجل فالنادي وبينما كنت أتحدث مع الموظف التسجيل أتى شخص وتحدث معه وكأني لست موجود فانتظرت لدقائق ولكن شفت الأهمال وسلوك غير جيد / لم اعد مهتم بالاشتراك بالنادي على هذا الأسلوب

Fantastic experience: The gym is excellent and its size is suitable compared to most nearby gyms. The location is excellent and is open 24 hours. It has a room for prayer and changing clothes, a sauna and shower baths. The trainers are available and excellent. I would like to thank the trainer Abdul Rashed (Rashed), who has experience and helped me a lot in improving my level to reach the desired level through... Diversity of exercises and continuous follow-up.

Positive experience: This GYM is quite great but in afternoon hours it gets really busy but overall a good GYM.

Positive experience: المكان جيد واجهزة حديثة المشكلة في الروايح يجب المحافظةًعلى نقاهة الجو في المكان وتطهير المكان بشكل جيد واكبر عيوب المكان عدم الاهتمام بالمشتركين من قبل المدربين يجب دفع مبالغ إضافيه للتدريب بشكل عام المكان جيد انصح به للمحترفين فقط

Fantastic experience: Best gym in AbuDhabi, worth every single dirham. Open 24hrs Machines are new and well maintained Super friendly staff starting from reception to cleaners. All doing amazing job. Bathroom are the cleanest i have seen in a gym. Seriously im very happy and hope they keep it the same. Also big shout out to the guy behind the bar, he really make some super delicious healthy post workout shakes!

Fantastic experience: افخم جم في الشامخة وما جاورها يفتح 24 ساعة والاجهزة جديدة وعددها كبير ومساحة الجم مناسبة والاهم طريقة توزيع الاجهزة وكذلك المدربين الموجودين في الجم عددهم كبير وخبراتهم واسعة في هذا المجال وعندهم غرفة للصلاة وغرف تبديل الملابس والشورات وحمام البخار وساونا وكذلك عندهم مطعم صغير بشكل عام جم فخم يستحق التجربة

Positive experience: الجيم كان ممتاز في البداية التنظيف المستمر و عناية للمعدات لاكن مع الاسف مع كثرة الناس قلت النظافة و اذا تريد اهتمام من المدرب لازم تجي في الصباح او الفجر , و اذا انت تفكر تجي العصر او في اليل فى انسى تسجل لانه زحمة و مابتقدر تستعمل غير اجهزة المشي وتصرفات الكثير في الجيم سيى خصيصا في هاذي الاوقات تلاقي واحد يحرك الاجهزة من مكان لامكان كانه بيت ابوه وبعد هاذا مايرد الاجهزة نفس ماكانت من قبل

Positive experience: افضل شي فيه. نظيف و اربعه و عشرين ساعه موجودين و الاجهزه متوفره و جديده.. م انصح المبتدئ بدون مدرب

Negative experience: Customer service needs a major improvement. An announcement like this should’ve ve be been posted on social media not a sticker on the door.

Negative experience: Worst gym I've ever been in, it's so crowded that you wait for the machine for 5 or 10 minutes. It is best for the management to stop any increase in the number and look into the quality NOT quantity

Negative experience: The female section is too small .. fewer equipment .. and we are paying the same amount as the men no professional scale .. we need to go to men section which is not practical

Negative experience: مكان مرتب ونظيف لكن المدربين مابيساعدونك ابدا الا اذا دفعتلهم 1300 وفوق .. حتى لو تسوي تنارين غلط مابيساعدونك .. ماانصحه ابدا للمبتدئين

Fantastic experience: النادي يحتوي على اغلب الأجهزة اللي تحتاجها، من ضمنها جهاز التجديف، بالنسبة لي كشخص بدون خبرة في الجم، اشتركت مع المدرب اسمه راشد، ممتاز ويخصص لك وقت يكون معاك من تمرين لتمرين ويعلمك تكنيك كل تمرين بالاضافة إلى جدول التغذية، وفعلا النتيجة واضحه بعد شهر ومستمرين

Negative experience: النادي كامل من ناحيه الاجهزه والمرافق ، لاكن لايوجد حصص وحرفيا مافي المدربين مايرشدونك للتدريب الصحيح حتى لو شافك تتمرن غلط ، لازم تدفع له 1500 فوق الاشتراك ، اشعر بالندم لاني اقنعت اكثر من 7 اشخاص يشتركون لمده سنه و جميعهم يشتكون من نفس المشكله .
