Fantastic experience: I was provided excellent customer service at Al Ain VLCC, All staffs were prompt and professional. amoung all I would like to name the star Mr. Makar who always has given services beyond his limts. I was always treated as an elite customer, many a times he used to stay beyond his working hours just to ensure the service is provided to me and not missed. I would realy recommend VLCC for this special person Mr Makkar who for sure is a big asset to VLCC Al Ain branch.

Positive experience: Good services and professional staff for following up especially Ms.Asma, also very professional therapists all of them. They are uptodate in terms of different treatments and machines. But the place requires renovation and maintenance as I am very old customer, also the new machines are always busy and hardly we can book appointments, I recommend to find a solution for this, in order to not lose the value of each treatment and keep it regular.

Fantastic experience: I was struggling with my weight and I tired all sorts of different diets but non worked. I walked into VlCC with absolutely no hope what so ever. But to my surprise the treatment they gave me changed my life for good I took their weight loss package and it worked wonders for me I lost a total of 18kgs. Now I am fit and healthy and no longer depressed. I follow a healthy lifestyle now. Thanks to therapist, dietitian and the rest of the staff. The staff are friendly and easy to deal with I would say they are more like my family now :) I recommend this place if you are looking to reduce or get in shape.

Fantastic experience: I wanted to get done a quick trim and a hair wash before my annual gathering at school. I was quite skeptical about the money to be spent on these services as I had to manage in my bare minimum savings and the money which my mother had given me. I stepped into VLCC for the service but was not quite sure of it. I walked in quite welcomed with warm, by the team here. There was almost little to no wait when I visited here. the staff is amazing and very friendly. They made me feel comfortable and at home. The trim and hair wash was offered with the utmost care and professionalism. I was very happy with my look, at the end of the treatment. Basically, I got what I paid for. Best for the money and time spent. Thanks to the VLCC team!
