Uform Fitness - Al Ain

Negative experience: Good location, poor management, poor customer service, poor maintenance and communication. After a long day you want to be able to goto the gym without issues. At al Ain Uform they make sure to give something to ruin your experience. Overall a very disappointing experience with their staff and policies. Which change very frequently. I was a member for 1 year and decided to get my wife a 6 month membership. When I singed her up they told me we will transfer the membership if needed. Now they are trying to charge an excessive amount for membership transfer and very rude and not understanding. I mean you can physically see that she is going to deliver in just 2 months but they asking for medical certificate. These people have lost all common sense. They have been saying for 2 years that swimming pool will open but never does No water fountain are working and you just bring your own water or buy overpriced water. It’s a premium gym with a premium price and they can’t provide water The AC seems to just not work during the summer months and it is very warm in the gym There are never any lockers available they have no solution. Instead they look at you like it’s your problem lol The list goes on…

Negative experience: very bad service they don t want client they just want to take money very very very bad service and behaviour I get many time membership and I bring many people and they don t deserve it they just think how they will tack money from people التعامل جدا سيء مابيستحقو يندفع درهم واحد شركة كبيرة عالفاضي ماعم يعرفو يحافظو على المتعاملين من 2018 بشترك معن وبيعملو معي مشاكل وبرجع بشترك مرة تاني بناء على وعودن بتشغيل المسبح والخدمات التانية وطبعا بس بياخدو فلوس مابهمن يخسرو الزباين عادي تعامل جدا سيء من الستاف والادارة وعند اي موقف بخلوك تدفع فلوس نصيحة الناس الي فيها تترك هالجيم حرام يندفع فلس واحد في انا رح غير على جيم نيشن وان كان بعيد بروح بس يكون التعامل محترم الجمات معبية البلد وهني اسوء جيم تعاملت معو وبحياتي ماعاد اتعامل معن ورح انصح كل الناس الي انا خليتا تسجل بالجيم تسحب اشتراكا وتروح على جيم نيشن جبتلن كتير ناس ليشتركو بالجيم مابيستاااااااااااااااااااااااهلو جيم سيء من كل النواحي بدون استثناء مابنصح اي حد يتعامل مع شركة جولدز جيم او يوفورم غيرو اسم الشركة وضلو بنفس الخدمات السيئة

Negative experience: i would give -10 to the management and the customer service. they have 3 managers and no one cares about anything, reading all the comments i understood that its everyone's problem in this gym

Positive experience: Are they ever gonna have swimming pool to swim again in this life time? You giys are big name and all but you are not able to let that pool run for members? Why do you not close steam and Sauna also?? It has been more than a year but still no swimming pool..

Negative experience: Before increasing prices make sure all the negative comments in the reviews has been solved please (because they’re all true). It’s not fair and not even acceptable. The only positive point is its location. Running machines do not have inclines, always unable to work, and other equipment's need to be replaced or fixed. This is my opinion and it’s not against anyone or anything, just an opinion.

Fantastic experience: مع تجربتي لأكثر من جيم نسائي اشوف ان جولدز هو الافضل؛ الاشتراك يشمل كل شي مسبح وساونا وكل الخدمات المتوفرة وهالشي يميزهم بقوة جيم نظيف وباركنات متوفرة ومكان ممتاز بالنسبة للأيام الي تتقفل فيها الباركنات عشان المباريات المهمة ماشوف انه شي كبير بالعكس شي اكثر من طبيعي وكلهم ايام ماتنعد في السنة احب اشكر الإدارة الي حافظت على هذا الجيم الجميل على مدى السنين والحمدلله

Negative experience: Rusty equipments. Feels like a mansion filled with second hand furniture

Negative experience: Very bad service. The locker cards are often unavailable in the evening 6:00pm-11:00pm. No proper response from the front desk. There are too many members mam at the moment and we have limited cards. To borrow a locker card each time you need to give them your emirates id or car keys.The showers are broken and unable to lock the door as the locks aren’t working. The classes doesn’t have proper spaces or area for the members. The members keep crossing each other’s and blocking each other’s view. There is no basic classes for beginners who are always trying to copy the trainer but unable to. The trainer only tries to correct them once or twice and ignore if they are unable to workout. You won’t see any personal trainer in the gym unless they are training someone who has opted PT sessions. They won’t help you or correct you if you haven’t opted for PT sessions. The cleaners keep staring and giving rude glances all the time. The parking is frequently an issue with the events going on and no prior notice given. At times the parking is completely closed for days and no other parking will be available wasting your gym membership days and the gym won’t be responsible or helpful with the parking. Bad idea, if you workout regularly and hate missing gym. They give you only one month free pause and you can’t pause less then a month.

Negative experience: Parking was closed due to some event and no alternative parking was available. The customer service is rude and unprofessional. I was speaking to Anil asking regarding parking and he cut the call without answering. I called again, someone else answered, informed the gym is not responsible. Nearest parking you can use Jimi Mall parking, 1km away. You will frequently face the same parking issue as gym doesn’t have gym members parking.

Negative experience: اشتركت من ٥ شهور ومن ضمن بنود العقد انه في كوتش تسويلي جلستين بيرسونال تريننج تعرفني عالاقل ازاي استخدم الاجهزه بقالي ٥ شهور بتحايل عليهم عشان حد يتواصل معايا حرفيا اسوا خدمت عملتء واسوا معامله حقيقي بخلص اشتراكي كام شهر واكيد مابجدد I made a contract with the gym since sep 2024 and my contract says that i have two sessions personal training and it has been 5 months each time i visit the gym i made a complain with no response at all . worst customer service ever will not renew my contract . bad and worst experience

Positive experience: The gym is a great place to train, with plenty of space that makes workouts comfortable and enjoyable. However, some of the equipment is old and could use maintenance or even replacement. Upgrading the tools would make the gym even better and attract more members. Overall, it’s a nice gym with lots of potential

Negative experience: I have nothing against Al Ain branch. Very sad to read some feedbacks for cleanless and closed sections without notice. Same happened in Deerfields Mall AUH, more over, after 3 months refund not processed... Hope Al Ain will not close and block all the money. Wish all the best to the staff and members!

Positive experience: Time to replenish some of the machines. Pool is closed since several months but they say under maintenance. Otherwise very big facility and not crowded morning.

Negative experience: very poor maintenance ,cables are broken for one month no action , extremely disapointed.

Negative experience: I’ve been going to this gym for YEARS. But ive noticed the obvious neglect this year. Not clean. No lockers. Most equipment is broken/dirty/raggedy. Most cardio machines are out of service regularly, and are old. Showers are dirty, moldy, & shower nozzles are broken. Sauna is not clean, even the water scoop and bucket are split in half. Its just very nasty, never going back again, even going to the gym is very discouraging!

Negative experience: The cleanliness of the gym is concerning. No one appears to be maintaining the equipment or ensuring its cleanliness. As seen in the attached photo, there was a piece of gum on the treadmill that I did not notice before starting my workout. It is now stuck to my phone.

Fantastic experience: Excellent large gym with separate ladies and gents section. Definitely the best gym in Al Ain.

Positive experience: Nice place but it was very hard for me to get a simple monthly pricing. I had to sign in and wait just to get pricing. I was in a rush at the time. Maybe I'll try again...

Fantastic experience: Probably the best gym facility in the region... it has a great range of fitness equipment from cycling machines, thread mills, MMA cage, Running track, Swimming pool, Sauna and more. It offers the best value for money. I would spend a lot of my time in this club!

Positive experience: Great gym. Largest gold gym in the UAE. Has almost every machine, a running track, a cardio corner and even a UFC octagon cage. Facilities also include 2 swimming pools, one for men and the other for women. Separate workout areas for both too. It may be a bit pricey though, but definitely the best gym in Al Ain.

Positive experience: Gym is big . Has almost all machines that are needed. There are fitness classes also. Steam and sauna also included in feed. Locker facility available. Machine are good and well maintained. Cons Trainers are hardly visible .so you have to do gym by yourself unless u have a PT. Swimming pool not available. Overall decent gym worth the money you pay of you know how to exercise by yourself.

Positive experience: The gym is well equipped and the staff are good (a bit pushy). There two things that I think they are misleading: 1. They are 3 water fountains and no one discuss that they are not working and you need to buy water when you want to be hydrated. 2. The opening times should be from 6:00 am to 12:00 pm at least. Apart from these, the gym is excellent.

Positive experience: I would give it five stars if the pool was frequently maintained. Gold signature club with all of their up to tech equipment space, plus it has sauna and steam. The membership averages across the year to 250 AED monthly. Parking is not an issue.

Positive experience: Large gym with many equipments to use. Facilities are decently clean. We have signed up for a year membership which includes the pool and till this point we been waiting 6 months for the pool and it has not opened yet. We signed up for this gym mainly because the pool area.

Fantastic experience: Awesome Zumba classes by Coach Victoria. The energy in the class was amazing and I was completely riveted from start to finish. Coach Victoria's expertise as a professional dancer was evident in her teaching style, which made the class both technical and fun at the same time. I enjoy every single session of her class and always left feeling energized and refreshed. I cannot comment much on the other facilities at the gym since I am not a regular gym rat, however, I did notice that the group class floor was a bit dusty during my visits. It would be great if the cleaners could do a better job in keeping the area clean, but this issue is relatively minor compared to the overall quality of the gym. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for an awesome Zumba class.

Positive experience: This gym is huge from the inside and the space is massive but it is being used poorly. The machines are mixed and not organized in an order where every body part should have its own section. Other than that, big space with huge potential but needs rearrangement.

Positive experience: During my recent visit to the Gold's Gym Al Ain branch, I noticed that several treadmills had a jerking movement that made me worried about my safety. This concern added to my previous disappointments about the cleanliness of the toilets and a few lockers that were out of commission. Despite these issues, I have to acknowledge the friendly and helpful nature of the gym staff. Nevertheless, I strongly recommend that the gym management address these concerns to ensure that the gym users have a safe and pleasant workout experience. If you visit the gym and notice any issues with the equipment or facilities, please report it to the staff so they can take appropriate action. Overall, I believe that Gold's Gym Al Ain has the potential to be a great gym, once these issues are resolved.

Fantastic experience: Really good gym with lots of equipment and runing track, Suna , steam and pool. Grate prices Worst thing is : 1. Class all day are for ladies only and some for men late at night 2. the personl trainers are expansive Really Really expensive. Many PT left the gym , very toxic environment for personal trainers. The management takes alot of profits from the personal trainers ,raising the prices so high for the pt class = many clients can't afford the prices = the result was many PT left the gym.

Positive experience: Been a member for over 5 years, it has gotten much much better with better management, you get the random wild card coach that simply is rude and I've had multiple fights with random people working out simply because I took a bar that was laying around for half an hour, other than that it's a great gym with all the machines that's needed and more, as well as great staff and affordable prices.

Bummer, considering it's what made me decide to join in the first place. There's also, supposed to be, 1 free coaching but it's still not happening for me

Fantastic experience: I've been working out at Gold's gym for just under 2 months now whilst training with George, one of the excellent personal trainers at Gold's gym. The gym is great and has most machines you would need for a good work as well as a large area to work out in. On the other hand, George, my PT, has been a great motivator that always pushed me to my limit to perform to my best capabilities as well as a great source of knowledge. It's always great fun to come for a good work out at Gold's gym.

Positive experience: Honestly I like how professional they are and how they keep everything squeaky clean. Trainers are always around to assist you with your workouts not like some other gyms I've been to that has the attitude of "if I'm not your personal trainer I have nothing to do with you" that's actually why I've signed up with my now personal trainer parsaann I've taken a star because they done have a juice bar, or at least a water vending machine

Fantastic experience: Gold’s Gym Al Ain is perfect! Highly recommended! The cleanliness of the gym and the wonderful and welcoming staff make the experience even better. I personally have been a client at the gym for two months with a personal trainer, Theddie, who is amazing at his job. He has helped me reach closer to my goal in the safest and best possible way. The gym is very well equipped, and has a ladies only section for those who prefer it. They have other facilities too, including a swimming pool. A 5 star gym for sure.

Positive experience: You’re fascinated by the infrastructure and facilities in the beginning but after a while you start getting the real picture. Although a big brand name, I’ll call it a mediocre gym when it comes to maintaining facilities- Bathroom facilities, lockers are in bad shape. WiFi is pathetic Staff is less than professional. Weights are not enough compared to the no. of users. For COVID Protocol - wipes and sanitizer are often finished. Worst part is that the staff is well aware of every issue since years but seems like they have decided deliberately to not act at all. Pros - Group classes are good Cardio machines Gym space Large swimming pool Overall a value for money gym with a lot of potential but only if staff is willing to take some actions

Fantastic experience: This gym provides a positive atmosphere for your daily exercise and workout. And the trainers are highly professional providing the appropriate diet and workout plan. I am being trained under one of the best trainers Mr. Aquib Shaikh and the results have been outstanding for me. Aquib has truely motivated me to get in shape and being healthy. This is my best experience I have ever had working out in a gym in my life. I would recommend others to join this gym.

Fantastic experience: George is a wonderful PT! working out is something I really enjoy doing, but its very easy for me to get bored and stop pushing myself so George is what I need. he is a great motivator and is mindful of your limits. I really enjoyed time working with him and I highly recommend him and golds gym HBZ the place to be all the time with training equipments under one roof.
