Negative experience: barely any equipments, no space due to many rooms , good for taking pictures only

Negative experience: the customer service was so bad my friend recommended me this place so i wanted to know more about ghe membership and so on they treated me so poorly and honestly im reconsidering even signing it lol

Negative experience: If they add more gym equipments and change the equipments brand it will be the best gym in alain otherwise the equipments are very bad, overpriced too

Positive experience: The gym is decent overall, but I think it has room to improve. It would really benefit from expanding and utilizing the upper floor to add more machines, as the current space can feel a bit limited. Also, the music is often too loud—it would be much better if they turned it down or even stopped it completely, since it can get quite noisy and distracting. With these changes, the gym could be a much better experience.

Fantastic experience: I decided to try the 1-day pass at Base Fitness Gym because I had read some negative comments before, but I wanted to see for myself. I’m so glad I did! From the moment I arrived, the staff were very welcoming and assisted me so well. They are respectful, friendly, and genuinely make you feel comfortable, especially as a lady—it’s not something you find in every gym. The facilities may not be the biggest, but the environment is excellent—clean, peaceful, and motivating. Even during peak hours, it’s still a great place to work out. My husband also shared that the men’s area is really good, which makes it a win for both of us. I didn’t get the chance to try the group classes this time, but on my next visit to Al Ain I’ll definitely join one. I’m thankful I didn’t believe the negative comments. Of course, not every place can please everyone, but my experience here was nothing short of amazing. Highly recommended!

Negative experience: ادارة فاشلة الاونرز عاطين الحرية حق مدربات فاشلات يتحكمون بجم كامل بدون محد يراقب وراهم، كنت مشتركه معاهم عضويه و مدربه خاصه لمدة ثلاث شهور و فجاه قبل لا يخلص الاشتراك قررو انهم ينهون خدمات المدربة اللي اتدرب معاها لمشاكل خاصه بينها و بين المدربات الثانيات، وبكل احترام كلمت الاداره اذا في مجال ما يطردونها لاني كنت احب تعاملها و تدريبها، ما جبرتهم ولا غصبتهم فقط كان اقتراح وطلبت منهم اتواصل مع حد من الاونرز قالولي محد في ابوظبي وما يتواصلون مع الكلاينتس وطبعا فلوس الحصص راحت ولا ردو فلوسي ولا حصلت حصص مع مدربه ثانيه مع انهم قالو بيكون في تعويض لكن للاسف ما كان في، رغم هذا رجعت لهم بعد اربع شهور و كانت عضويتي منتهيه و كنت حابه اجددها تفاجئت انهم مسوين لي حظر من دخول الجم؟؟؟ قلتلها شو السبب؟ قالت لانج قلتي حق الاداره لا تطردون المدربه !!!!!! اغرب شي مر علي في حياتي

Negative experience: اسعار الاشتراك جدًا مبالغ فيه مقارنة بالخدمات. و النادي جدا صغير، الأجهزة قليلة، ولا فيه غرف تبديل، ولا فوط، ولا حتى يوفرون ماي . مواقف السيارات قليلة خاصة لقسم السيدات.

Negative experience: Not the best gym overall. There’s very limited parking, which makes it frustrating before you even walk in. Inside, the training space feels cramped and overcrowded. The number of machines is limited, so you often have to wait. To top it off, there’s no water dispenser—which seems like a basic necessity for any gym. Wouldn’t recommend unless improvements are made.

Negative experience: Everything in the gym is great—the equipment, the cleanliness, and the overall vibe. But just a heads-up: if you’ve got real muscles and you’re actually pushing yourself during a workout, don’t be surprised if a little sound slips out. Apparently, some female trainers treat any natural gym noise like it’s a musical crime It’s a gym, not a library. Anyone with real experience in fitness knows what training actually looks—and sounds—like. Sounds from lifting or muscle fatigue are involuntary—we don’t control them. So when a female trainer approached me to comment on something so normal, I was genuinely shocked. I chose to ignore it at the time, as I found it completely unprofessional. But moving forward, any similar behavior will be escalated to a formal complaint, as it clearly interferes with our right to train in a comfortable environment

Positive experience: اشتركت في الجم لمدة شهر كتجربة مبدئية وكانت تجربتي بشكل عام إيجابية. المكان نظيف ومرتب ويعطي طاقة إيجابية، والمدربات والموظفات تعاملهم محترم جدًا وبشوشات وخدومات، ما واجهت أي مضايقات منهم. لكن في بعض السلبيات مثل صعوبة الحصول على موقف للسيارة أحيانًا، وعدد الأجهزة محدود والمساحة نوعًا ما صغيرة مقارنة بعدد المشتركات. بشكل عام، تجربة جيدة وأنصح بالتجربة لمن تبحث عن مكان نظيف

Negative experience: انا رحت المكان وكنت متحمس ابا اشترك في الجم وصلت الرسبشن وسألت الموظفين عن المكان والاسعار واذا فيه فرصة اخذ جوله وفيه واحد كان وايد طيب تجاوب معاي والباقين كانو مب مهتمين لي ولايردون علي وبعد ما اخذت جولة على المكان الصراحه شفت المكان وايد صغير وضيق مساحته ابدا ماتناسب السعر صحيح البيئه نظيفة هادية والاجهزه يديدة ولكن قليلة بس الاساسيات والمكان على السعر ابدا مب مناسب حرفيا الاشتراك سعره اغلى سعر في العين مقارنه بالمكان مبالغ جداً ومافيها ابسط الخدمات الي لاحظته مثل الباركنات زحمه وبفلوس من المواقف ومافيها مظلات وبعد جربت اخذ من عندهم سموثي من البروتين بار وكان لذيذ والاسعار مناسبه طلعت من عندهم عطول سحبت الفكره من راسي اني اشترك عندهم دخلت وطلعت ركزت انه السلبيات الي فيها اكثر من الايجابيات اتمنى يعيدون النظر فالسلبيات من مواقف ومساحه واسعار عشان الناس تشترك

Fantastic experience: Base Fitness Gym is the best! The environment is clean, and the service keeps getting better. I especially love the boxing class — it’s fun, challenging, and keeps me coming back. Parking near the ladies’ area can get a bit crowded, but it’s understandable since more people are joining. My only suggestion is to add more classes, since they're sometimes fully booked and also machines . Highly recommend!

Negative experience: Review for Base Fitness I was really disappointed with my experience at Base Fitness. First of all, the women’s side of the gym has very limited parking, which makes it frustrating just to get inside, especially during peak hours. For the price we’re paying, I expected more thought and convenience. Another major issue is that there’s no water dispenser in the gym. This should honestly be mandatory—hydration is basic, and expecting members to bring their own bottles every time or buy overpriced water isn’t fair. Also, the elevator has been out of service for a while, and I’ve heard the owner plans to remove it completely, which is extremely inconsiderate. Not everyone is able to take stairs easily—especially people with knee injuries or physical limitations. Overall, for the amount we’re paying, these issues show a serious lack of care for members’ comfort and needs.

Fantastic experience: لقد كانت تجربتي رائعة في Base Fitness Gym! النادي نظيف دائمًا، ومجهز تجهيزًا كاملاً بكل ما أحتاجه لتماريني. الموظفون ودودون ومحترفون ومتعاونون للغاية — على عكس بعض التقييمات السلبية التي قرأتها. من خلال تجربتي، أرى أنهم يهتمون فعلًا بالأعضاء ويحرصون على توفير بيئة ترحيبية ومريحة للجميع. أنصح بشدة بهذا النادي لأي شخص يبحث عن مكان نظيف، إيجابي، ومنظم لممارسة الرياضة!

Negative experience: جم فاشل و لا يستحق هذا المبلغ المبالغ فيه وكانت تجربه فاشله ، خدمات رديئه مقابل سعر غالي و الموظفين ماعندهم احترافيه في التعامل مع الزباين، ولا توجد اجهزه كافيه وغير ذالك مساحة الجم صغيره . The gym is not worth the exaggerated amount. It was a failed experience. Poor services for an expensive price. The employees are not professional in dealing with customers. There is not enough equipment. In addition, the gym space is small.

Negative experience: السلام عليكم سعر غالي بدون مقابل!! مافي فوط ولا حتى ماي!!! بعد ما تستعمل أوزان لازم بنفسك تردها؟؟ ليش عندكم مساعدين بهذا السعر فندق ٥ نجوم يوفرلك كل شي. الحمام أنا ما استعمله بس اغسل ايدي فيه رائحه. بالنسبه للنظافة و الاجهزه ممتاز اما الموظفين محد يعرض حتى اي مساعده. Gym too expensive no free water even no towels this price better go 5 stars hotel. Why members must use weights and after finish must return it? Why you have helper then, coach will help return weight if with him only!!! I don’t use bathrooms I only hand wash but it smells bad!! Stuff will never ever ask for help or even give advice. I never need coach but I really see some mistakes and coaches let it go. Gym clean and good equipment.

Fantastic experience: Sharing all my love and happiness to the most amazing kind Coach Majeda, I do enjoy every session with her and really recommend her to anyone who wants to join the gym wishing to train with a personal trainer who’s such a sweet soul

Unfortunately, the person controlling the place is a trainer who is monitoring and I do not want to participate with her. She made a very silly comment that was hardly worth mentioning. I used to like the quiet in it. Now I do not want it and I will not participate in it again. I called to communicate with the manager, but unfortunately there is no communication. I was forced, unfortunately, to write in Google Maps. I apologize, but I was forced

Negative experience: The worst part of this gym is the manager, Azura. She is extremely rude, unprofessional, and speaks to members with no respect at all. Instead of helping or guiding, she insults and talks down to people. It’s shocking that someone with such behavior is in a management position. When I tried to raise my concern, the staff refused to let me contact the owner. This gym clearly doesn’t care about how their members are treated. Avoid at all costs.

Fantastic experience: Good clean gym! Has everything you need to keep fit! One small request to the owner and the manager. I personally train for marathons and while the gym has amazing machines and treadmills to cover my training, I would like to be allowed to bring a fan while using the treadmill to 1-Keep myself cool and not sweat as much as indoor spaces have limited ventilation 2-Keep the treadmill cool Would greatly appreciate any help or assistance in this regard! Negative experience: اسوء جيم اسلوب غير محترم يخترعون قصص من مخهم تعاملهم سيئ جداً و الحين التعليق بينزل تحت بسبب المدربتين بيخلون ناس عن طريقهم تمدحهم و يكتبون كومنت اجابي عنهم جيم ما يليق بالعين و اهل العين و بسبب ثقة صاحب المكان بالعاملين يقولون ( بنرجع باقي المبلغ ) و هاذي اسوء طريقه يمكن تعامل فيها الشخص فيرجعون المبلغ المتبقي و يخلص الموضوع عندهم . اتمنى قراءات جميع التعليقات قبل الاشتراك.

Negative experience: As a client of base I do not recommend this gym to anyone very unprofessional and disrespectful and has aggressive trainers they will take away your bench if your using and will shout at you for stupid reasons the manager doesn’t know how to handle and address the problems in this gym professionally. Never going back there again

Negative experience: I am absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism and poor management at this gym. The customer service is abysmal – it feels like the staff couldn’t care less about the members. They’re either unhelpful or completely unresponsive to any concerns or inquiries. The management is utterly incompetent and completely dismissive of members. The manager herself is nearly impossible to reach and shows no accountability. Whenever there’s an issue, she always sends employees in her place, avoiding direct communication and refusing to address problems personally. It’s frustrating and disrespectful to be constantly redirected instead of getting help from the person who should be responsible. On top of this, the gym has bizarre and unclear policies that seem to change without notice. There’s zero transparency, and every time I try to get clarification, I’m met with confusion and frustration. It’s impossible to understand what the rules are, and the way the staff enforces them is arbitrary at best. I would not recommend this gym to anyone – the management and customer service are truly the worst I’ve experienced in any industry. PART 2: I’m not at all surprised to receive such a response, as the entire experience lacks credibility and professionalism. Instead of working to improve the customer experience and finding a solution to resolve this issue, you continue to make unfounded allegations that lack credibility. You insist that I was informed about the concerns, yet I have never been notified of any complaints beforehand. Each time I reached out, I was presented with a new remark. When I requested the opportunity to address the staff members who raised these observations, you refused to discuss the matter. Additionally, I never requested any reimbursement for unused membership days. However, when I insisted on completing the remaining days of my membership, you offered me this small amount. It is shameful for you to continue making false allegations against members without any logical basis and without even communicating with the member or notifying them officially. It is also disgraceful to claim that I spoke in an inappropriate manner with any of your staff, especially considering that during my 15-month membership, I never had any conversation with any of the employees. I am fully prepared to confront these allegations. Finally, instead of investigating the matter to uncover the truth and working to improve the performance of your staff and the club's policies, you continue to respond to members without any constructive outcome and in a very un professional way. You present the same weak arguments not only to me as a member but also to other members who have been treated in the same manner, all without the slightest professionalism or credibility.

Fantastic experience: A beautiful and clean gym equipped with all the necessary machines there’s also a café that serves coffee and protein drinks, making it a great place for both workouts and post workout refreshments.

Fantastic experience: i love the place and vibes there, gym is classy , its so clean , staff is so kind and helpful, trainers are professional and always attentive. Very pleasant gym to workout. Receptionists are welcoming. Juice bar are awesome with good quality of protein and good tasting shake and coffee. Personal trainers are all knowledgeable in their training and thank you to coach Andrea for helping me a lot on the floor and i am considering to take PT with you soon. Five star to the gym and all the staff.

Fantastic experience: I have been to this gym for a couple of sessions. The managers, receptionists, and trainers ii have interacted are very respectful, knowledgeable, and a delight to work with. Fantastic experience: Best gym ever in Alain I have been to 3 other gyms in Al Ain and this is the 4th one and the best! In terms of cleanliness good ambience and very classy. Locally owned which is something to be proud of. Separate entrance for ladies which is a winner as to respect for our culture. I feel comfortable as the members are well mannered as the management take into account to ensure everyone feels comfortable. All the trainers are polite and friendly, very professional & helpful. I have been training with my trainer Azura at the very beginning of her time in Al Ain 2016 until now. Now she is the manager at this gym and still the best trainer in Al Ain.

Fantastic experience: This gym is a total game-changer! In Al Ain, finding a ladies' gym that feels right can be tough, but this place is hands-down the best. I remember feeling lost on my first day, fumbling with a machine. Even though Coach Majeda wasn't my trainer then, she swooped in to help – so friendly and supportive! A few months later, I signed up to train with her directly, and it's been amazing ever since. Her encouragement is incredible, truly pushing me to my best. What truly sets Majeda apart is her care and attention to detail. Before we even started training, she took the time to ask about any past injuries or health concerns. Since I mentioned back pain, she's been a lifesaver! Every workout she gives is specifically tailored to be safe and supportive for my back. It's clear she genuinely wants to help me reach my goals without compromising my well-being and I am so far so happy with the results I’ve seen. I leave every session feeling stronger and more confident, thanks to both the gym's atmosphere and Majeda's expertise. So much love & respect to her x.

Fantastic experience: The gym have a reasonable rates compared to gyms in Al-Ain , also the quality of the place , the vibes , the gym itself is still new . Best gym in city. ( for the time being ) , they also provide group classes if you are looking for a group workout / men / ladies / kids also each category has its own time . The side bar or cafe is great as it serves some healthy and protein based dishes which gives a boost the experience. Finally i tried the smoothie acai with peanut butter and would totally recommend it . Good job and keep it up .

Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for a hotel-class all-round gym.. look no further! Extremely clean environment, brand new TechnoGym equipments and very decent ambience! The lighting inside the gym is phenomenal! Staff are very friendly as well. It has a spacious studio and a mini bar incase you forgot your protein shake! I little on the pricey side tho.. but totally worth it.

Positive experience: The gym has great machines accessories, that it must contain for its membership price. Its neat too, but the one of the many downsides are their coaches. They tend to be very stingy on giving advices, don't interact, they are only good at telling you that the gym is closing soon and thats it.

Fantastic experience: Awesome Zumba and trampoline classes by instructor Victoria. I highly recommend them to those who are into cardio and Latin/Afro Dance, as she herself is a professional dancer and very technical. However, the room was a tad small (could accommodate 5-6 people), making the energy that is usually associated with group Zumba classes lacking. They do offer mixed group classes which are not my cup of tea. The gym was not as big although the equipment look new. The building also looks clean and new. One thing I noticed is that maybe they don’t have a marketing team because no one contacted me to convince me to enroll on a yearly basis (they have my number). Would I recommend this gym to the people I know? Well if you are into petit boutique gyms then why not give it a try? Perhaps for a month. After all, better take advantage of it while it’s still shiny new.

Fantastic experience: This is for sure the best fitness in the town. Very clean, smell is excellent, brand new equipments . Separate area for women, and Roberto ( front desk guy) explained everything. My only suggestion is more classes during the morning. (Today the agenda focus for evening period)
