Positive experience: I trained here for almost 2 years. Very nice well equipped gym. But I don't know why the trainers keep changing it is annoying. This doesn't allow me to take Personal Training and also it seems they have increased their prices.

Positive experience: It’s Gud gym. I like zumba classes the most & yeah specially mentioning ms. Aakriti for making zumba classes more energetic . Whenever I need some guidance on how and what workout should I do , she is always ready to suggest me.

Positive experience: Nice clean gym with nice equipments and classes, however the Zumba class gets busy as there isn’t many, I’d appreciate a few more throughout the week at night so it can be less crowded Please increase the Zumba classes so I can register again

I realy like how she gives me tips and tricks to get most out of every workout.. and had lost almost 6 kgs within a month.. would highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: One of the best gym in sharjah qasimia area, and the best part is, it has a dedicated area for women with all the useful equipments and machineries. The women gym is well coached with some amazing trainers, they’re friendly and supportive when it comes to the training. I have been training with aakriti for a while now and to be honest that was the best decision. She worked well with me to achieve my goals and it started to show some amazing results. She is really enthusiastic at her work and as well as motivates us to do better and the same time she helps when it necessary.

The coaches of this gym are very professional and kind, especially (Akriti ) is one of the best coaches of this club. She will bring you to your ideal body with the best exercise methods and diet plan. I have been a member of this gym for several months and I am really satisfied with this coach, who really brings you closer to your goals with her strictness.

Fantastic experience: Florida gym is one of best gym I have visited. One of the best experiences with all the trainer especially with coach Mahi. Our trainer Mahi is very professional, polite, energetic and helpful. She is well trained coach who is knowledgeable about how to achieve our goal and trained dietitian. The different types of workout that she gives never get bored. Which why I highly recommend people to go this coach. From first day to till now I am getting training with her, I am motived to work on my goals specially I am getting personal training with her. She give proper diet and workout to achieve the goal. About the gym, it has a lot of positive vibes and environmental friendly which why I recommend all my friends and family member to join this gym

Positive experience: Very good gym for build your body and Good trainers and well equipped in the gym. The gym plan is economical as well. The only problem I find is that the gym is overcrowded in the evenings.I prefer morning time as its pleasant and less crowded :)

Niranjana is strict and understanding person and she makes me to do more workout. All trainers in the gym are really kind, considered and make sure we do the workout properly.

Fantastic experience: Mahi at Florida Fitness is the best trainer I could ever get. Her knowledge and experince in personal training and nutrition has made a lazy person like me a fitness freak. I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2006 and ever since I have been strugling with my weight.Its because of Mahi's assistance combined with the efforts and consistency that I have managed to bring down my weight from 88 to 81 in less than 2 months which is an achievement for me. So, for anyone who wants to get fit while having fun ,Mahi at Flordia fitness is someone I would highly recommend as she is always there to push even on the laziest days.

Positive experience: Good gym overall. Wish they brought down pricing by a tad bit but I guess due to the number of instructors in the gym it makes sense. Although, the price of women's gym is double that of men hence joining with the wife through couples offer does not seem the wisest alternative. Would be highly impressed if they allowed using all their outlets through one subscription.

Fantastic experience: Florida Gym Al Qasimia branch is one of the best gyms I’ve been to. They have a planned schedule for each day and our trainer Ms. Josmee is super friendly, enthusiastic and attentive to our needs. I’ve seen her personally help anyone who is in need whether it be a pulled muscle, cramps or just the way to do an exercise, she goes beyond her way to do that. The environment is overall very positive. Keep up the good work Josmee!

Plus since they have indian trainers as well, they set the diet and workout plans based on your usual eating habits so it is easier to follow!
