Equipment: The gym has a standard range of equipment which are of good quality. There are cardio and other training machines. Trainers: All the trainers are really good and patient with you. Trainers Alna and Anju had helped me in getting the form correctly. Gym community: Really nice people. Nobody actually gives that 'judgdmental look'. Makes newbies a really comfortable space to workout. Fees: The fees is really affordable especially with the trainers. Most gyms charge for trainers additionally. N.B: They are getting a lot of customers so the after office hours will be a bit hurry. Still

Positive experience: The gym is very clean, there’s a wide range of machines. The environment is very friendly and they don’t try to actively sell you coaching or anything unlike other gym. I’d say this is probably the best gym in terms of overall equipment and space in the area relative to the membership fee. The only concern I have is that the weight and dumbbells are everywhere, there’s not a fixed place of plates relative to their weight which makes it really hard to find the right weight especially when it comes to smaller weights.

I had a very beautiful experience with Nasreen the female trainer, who is very professional, customer friendly, caring. She is very down to earth and willing to guide according to individual needs.
