Fantastic experience: Excellent for karate shotokan I actually go to this gym after my karate shotokan training and It's really perfect I have no problem Has punching bag Bench press machine Leg machine Dumbbells Benches It's available for all ages And Squat racks -deadlifts 5/5 And yea it's not that far for me I give it a 5 star Excellent for martial arts

Fantastic experience: Urban Gym and I love the group classes there . One of my favorite in town is the circuit factory organized daily at the 24 fitness

Positive experience: Equipments are too close to each other. Safety issue is definitely there. During peak hour it’s not good. However during the non peak hours, lots of parking. Big spacious gym with good machines and dedicated areas for boxing. Gym. CrossFit, etc. They don’t have 1 week membership and only have 1 month as the lowest commitment

Positive experience: Been to the gym for the very first time. It’s in al quoz and if you’re driving it’s accessible. It’s good for people who have personal training as it allows freelancers to work out there. It has reasonable equipment, decent juice or coffee bar, friendly atmosphere. Parking during peak time can be a concern.

Positive experience: Very nice facility. Equipment is relatively new. Everything is spacious and clean. I arrived at about 4:30 pm, and the place was quite full. One big concern is parking. There was no parking whatsoever anywhere in the vicinity. But hey- there was course VIP valet parking for additional money. This is an inconvenience.

Positive experience: I visited the gym for an assessment and they seem pretty good at what they do . Rating them 3 stars as they seems to be overly priced as per my understanding. Personal training with gym fee comes close to 5000 aed a month which is very high price I feel. Gym looked clean Trainer were great Valet parking was available One can join if looking to spend 5k a month or so with a personal trainer Else gym membership is around 500 per month which is fine

Positive experience: Very good gym with everything you may need for a good workout in a healthy environment. Not overcrowded, not empty. Well fitted and ready for your shish. The one in al Quoz has a good cafeteria with slow service.

Ms. Jean from management team is very helpful. My clients love the reception crew always happy to assist with any request. There is Toni, Donna, Eloisa and Carlo always smiling and welcoming as soon as you enter the spot. Great place to train. Can’t complain about the music either. Well deserved 5 stars

Fantastic experience: I have been a personal trainer in Dubai for 17 years. This has by far been my best place to train. The crowd and music are always spot on. The reception and Managment are superb and are always here to make you feel like part of a family. Parking is it’s only downfall as there is not much of it but I won’t let that effect my rating of it. It has all the equipment you need for bodybuilding and also a decent size functional area at the back. Along with 4 studios that you are free to use if they don’t have classes on. Toilets are in very good condition with music playing inside also which is a plus. Cleaners are always helping out round the gym and smiling.

Fantastic experience: Number 1 gym in the world ! The reception team are legends ! Toni is the best! Always friendly and happy and picks good music ! Joe is the MVP ! Always happy and friendly ! 24 fitness isn’t 24 hours despite the name but who works out at 3am anyway! Wooo !

Fantastic experience: The Best gym in town. Great environment to train both martial arts, fitness and Bodybuilding. I just hope they bring back the boxing ring so students who wish to join in competition someday will have more exposure from the ring. They have amazing and awesome staff specially Eloisa who smiles all the time. I feel at home here where gym goers and co trainers are so friendly. My clients are all happy training here where they see results of their hard work.

Fantastic experience: The best gym in Dubai! Equipment selection is fantastic and is suitable for all specialties (bodybuilding, functional, group classes, boxing & martial arts) and the space means waiting for equipment rarely happens. Jean in management and Toni on front desk really make the effort to be friendly and helpful and all the staff contribute to the upkeep, cleanliness and family atmosphere that is evident as soon as you walk in. I enjoy both training myself and my clients at 24 and would recommend the gym to anyone who wants to achieve their fitness goals, without feeling intimidated, to join. P.S. The showers and toilet facilities are extremely clean!

Fantastic experience: The gym is amazing, i have been to this gym 7yrs ago and it was already a good one but this time its way even better. Staff, cleanliness, equipments, ambiance and everyone in the gym is just absolutely amazing. Fantastic experience: Definitely one of my favorite gyms in Dubai! This one is located in Al quoz and hardly face any traffic. Easy access and parkings just outside, always super friendly welcoming staff, once you enter the gym you are straight in the gym (no need to walk far to the changing rooms) very well organised gym with different sections and loads of machines. Your personal trainer is welcome as well. There is a cafeteria serving healthy food as well.

Fantastic experience: The gym equipments are sanitized before usage which is great, ambiance of the place is also nice. Toni resembles an accomodating ,friendly, and helpful staff, though all the staff where friendly and approachable.

Positive experience: Expensive - but very good vibe inside the gym I enjoy my training here. Some classes available however I don't use these. One thing I do not like or appreciate is being harassed for my membership weeks before its due for renewal. As a result of this I am debating whether to renew at all. Receiving several emails, constant whatsapp's and you haven't even expired is bad customer service.
