Fantastic experience: Everything is good except for the seating for the parents. It is extremely uncomfortable. It is one hour of torture for the parents. Two levels don’t have a back rest and the one that has is 90 degrees. There is few comfortable chairs on the side is taken all the time.

Fantastic experience: My 9 years old daughter has attended one session today. The team is so friendly in terms of customer service and coaching style. In a session of 2 hours on the first day, my daughter learned a lot and enjoyed the entire session.

Fantastic experience: A wonderful place, after which you get an additional charge of energy and a good mood. Negative experience: The worst management we have seen in Dubai. They specifically choose who will come to the place.. we were supposed to come as they said they're free. We drove all the way to bring the kids, then when we reached they said no they're not free! So we refunded the money... now we wanted to come back and they're saying they cannot accommodate anymore as all full and no way they can accept! Clearly they're choosing people who they want to come. The reception was very rude and shouting! Don't waste your time dealing as unprofessional and rude and dont know how to manage clients..... the only really good are the 2 brothers and Paulina trainers. Everything else is rude and liar...there are so many gym there who is worth your money and time...for the owners to know why your business is down so you know what's happening at your back...

First and foremost, everyone is welcome at Star Gymnastic Academy, but there are several restrictions that apply not only to the student’s but also to their parents or guardians actions. According to our inquiry, Mrs. Marisol called our team on Friday, March 8th, to inquire about the classes and schedule. And according to Coach Polina's timetable, she can accommodate the students at 2:00pm. However, the students arrived early at 12:45pm, along with their parent and nanny. Even previously advised that their timing is 2:00 p.m. and we believe they are willing to wait. The parent promptly paid their fees. Unfortunately, while the parent is waiting, he has a problem with timing, complains about everything, and has an unpleasant conversation with the team. The parent stated that they will leave and find another suitable place and will never return to our facilities, and requested a refund of their payments. We reimbursed the fees according to the parent request. (see the attached receipt) for your reference) After receiving your money back, you inquire again about the gymnastics classes and schedule. Regretfully, due to the schedule of Ramadan, we only have a limited number of slots available, and the classes are fully filled. The team further notifies you that all of the schedules are already booked up. (Please refer to the Whatsapp conversation.) We believe that it is not appropriate to criticize someone and label them a liar simply because they do not accept you back. However, you must acknowledge that there was a valid reason why they did not accept you. And because of your rage, you leave false/negative reviews. Negative behavior is not tolerated within our premises. We want everyone who uses our facilities to have a great time, and we are making every effort to prevent any negative effects on the team as a whole. This is an isolated case, so we investigated it thoroughly. Thank you for bringing this to our attention again. Hoping we enlighten your heart and mind.
Negative experience: It is the first time that I didn’t see my daughter enjoy doing gymnastics. The distant coach, more concerned with his image, than with the class. Luckily we changed gym in time, now my daughter is happy and comfortable doing gymnastics in a top club. The level of this gym has dropped a lot. Dear, you have all my details and my daughters details too, but not if yo realize that you lost students from T1 to T2. Very bad management and organization. I'm sorry but I know more than 10 people who left the academy for the same reason. My review is the same, 1

Fantastic experience: I registered my daughter 6 yrs for the summer and she already feels like a STAR ⭐️ Now she is a club member gymnast and doing classes for Level routine with amazing Coach Marina. Everyone is so helpful and caring. Parents get free WiFi, spacious seating area, separate washrooms, prayer corner, as well there is a nice coffee shop Lastly this is an Emirati owned place, which makes me proud

Negative experience: Simply can not get clear and timely communication from the only number that's advertised. Answering with a yes to an open ended question 9 hours later! A client lost......

Negative experience: Worst place for beginners. No one spoke to my daughter or welcomed her warmly. The class started before even telling us to join ! Abs what’s worse the manager was there and was okay with what’s happening.

Negative experience: Not all the coaches are qualified or speak a word of English, no proper procedures for when injuries occur during class. 2 of my kids has serious injuries that were completely ignored. Very rude unprofessional gym.
Fantastic experience: I love this gym. very Clean well maintained, advanced in facilities, coaches are professional and really helping my kids to develop his skills a lot. The staff are welcoming and accommodating plus management are hands on as well. I recommend this place for all ages. Well done !

Fantastic experience: My child spends 6 days a week in this facility. Coaches are spectacular and very highly trained! Amazing team and very clean environment. Negative experience: don't take your 3yo coach not motivated and not interacting with the kids kids let loose with no direction for long time toilet not good for 3yo, super dirty stool in the bathroom where the 3yo has to grab from under tge sink to reach the sink, and not even able to activate the sensor to get water properly for a good hand wash during food time kids left unattended, not enough tables for all kids to eat at, so they sit on the benches to eat, not enough attention offered to kids who need help, kids can fall from 2m high behind the steps where they are seated to eat, and no one is watching them my kid had to cry to rase awareness that she needs to go toilet during the class she had to cry to go get water, water brakes are not considered often enough though the kids run all the time at the end of 5hrs day my 3yo was all sweating, though she was more pasive than active kids are offered chocolate at the end of the day, kids have to sit on the entrance floor to put their shoes on when my kid was crying, for whatever reason, she was not given enough attention, just asked to sit and had a cold chat with her, I had to go calm her I sight up for 1 week summer camp and have asked for refound after all this happened in 2 hrs time this place should not accept 3yo, I wouldn't take any bigger kid, not sure for what is the 750aed per week asked for very disappointed
