Fantastic experience: Hello everyone I’m hitting seven Al Quoz CrossFit almost 3 Months I’m loving it day by day The workouts generally hit strength and cardio every day. Fantastic experience: One of the best crossfit boxes you will find in Dubai. The programming and the coaches here pay attention to you and they try to help you progress through your weaknesses as they are building a strong affiliate name. The place is clean and staff are friendly. The community here is fabulous and supportive. Alot of activities and competitions happening in from time to time. And if you are giving it a thought to start your crossfit journey they also have a biggeners class that teaches the fundamentals. Just give it a try
