Negative experience: This jet ski company is a scam. They hold your ID hostage, then make up fake “damages” or fees and try to charge you a ridiculous amount of money just to get it back. Completely unethical and predatory. Staff are rude, aggressive, and clearly trained to intimidate customers—especially tourists. This is not an accident, it’s their business model. Do not give them your ID or credit card. Avoid at all costs.
