You have changed my life and have made me stronger both mentally and physically. It has been almost a year now since I embarked on my very first yoga experience, and I am very thankful that I signed and met you. In every class, there is always that uniqueness and discovery in my physical well-being and mindfulness that I wasn’t aware of. You have constantly push and challenge us to our limits and you are always there to guide and support. You provide techniques and methods to help us reach and achieve the poses, postures and exercises. It is always a pleasure being in your class. She is very accommodating and adjusts in case of any personal challenges. After training with Deepthi I see a marked improvement in my fitness levels and it has helped with stress management. Fantastic experience: Deepthi is amazing as an instructor, very reliable, i had major back issues in the beginning, she worked around it, made me do poses as per my strength, helping me each day to grow stronger in my back. Even in a group, she made it a point to give as much personal attention as she could to each person.

Fantastic experience: I had trained under Ms. Deepthi who is a thorough qualified trainer in traditional Yoga techniques, teaches Hatha Yoga and Power Yoga in a much professional way. She will be personally help each one to do yoga in a better way, identify and make necessary corrections as and when required. She covers Breathing techniques, Surya Namaskars, Yogic poses or called Ashanas, Relaxation Techniques and Meditation. In addition she will provide valuable advices on weight loss including Diet Charts. Very good Experience.
