She consistently greet everyone with warmth and welcoming attitude, creating a positive impression that reflects well on the entire gym. Their attention to detail, reliability, and calm demeanor make them an invaluable part of the team. Iam coming there only because of coach APPU and AKSHAYA.I have been working with coach Appu for 1 year and I can honestly say I have never felt stronger or more confident. Negative experience: I got 3 months subscription @ aed 400 2 months before Ramadan I’ve never attended any section at the time of Ramadan still the didn’t given me at least a single day for next subscription

Negative experience: The cost is too high compared to the equipment The coach from India does not contact with customer The music is too loud and they coach refuse to reduce the sound only one trademel is working

Negative experience: POST 15/04/2025. The smell of rubber in the gym is extremely unpleasant and I am sure very unhealthy. NEW POST 1/05/2025. To kill the unprecedented smell of rubber, which btw stays on you till you have a shower. They put machines with chemicals & artificial smell that makes the place even more harmful to breath as well as unwelcome. One is even placed next to treadmill, u can easily inhale all the chemicals. Well done

Fantastic experience: The gym in Ajman has the most supportive trainers I have ever seen... I have been a regular customer of this gym for about 3-4 years... Once you come to this gym, you will never be discouraged.. especially the trainers Appu and Osman, they are committed trainers...And amber the receptionist staff at the gym is also supportive.. Another thing worth mentioning is the equipment and ambience of the gym.. You will never be disappointed...

Negative experience: Rude members, friendly staff. Very obnoxious loud music with low-end speakers. A low tear gym trying to be mid tear. I regret signing up... THEY KEEP CHANGING THEIR TIMINGS

He also pushes you to go further. Everyday. That's the kind of gym I wanna be a part of. Not the coaches who just sit and look at you when you do exercises wrong. Very good gym overall!

Negative experience: أولاً السعر غالي جدا مقارنة بحجم الجيم والآلات الي موجودة جيم على هذا سعر ما يستحق انا مسجل كارديو فقط على اشتراك شهر وكل هذا ب180 غالي جدا وما يستحق + الجيم مختلط وهذا لا يجوز اصلا فالإسلام وقلة أدب وثانيا الموسيقى الموسيقى مزعجة وغير كذا انها محرمة فالإسلام مفروض نجمة ولكن نجمتين للجودة الجودة جيدة نوعا ما .

Fantastic experience: Been training at this gym for the past 4 years, helpful staff and coaches. I’ve been training with Apu(coach) for over a year now and I’ve noticed huge changes in my physique. Would definitely recommend him as he trains with sincerity and never complains no matter how many times you approach him or ask him for help. Samson(trainer) is always there to help as well whenever needed. Overall real good coaches.

Fantastic experience: i ve been going to fitness1 gym hamidiya for a few months now and I have to say, it has been a wonderful experience so far! The facilities are top-notch and the equipment is always well-maintained. But the real highlight of my time there has been my trainer, Appu. He is simply the best! He is knowledgeable, motivating, and always pushes me to be my best. The results I have seen since starting with him have been amazing and I feel so much stronger and healthier. I highly recommend this gym and especially trainer Appu to anyone looking for a great workout experience.

Highlights of this gym are there coaches, especially Appu, who tries to understand your fitness goals and design workout plans accordingly. Fantastic experience: I usually don’t give reviews but recently I saw a review about a trainer for whom I have travelled from Dubai to ajman for over 2 years. In all the places I have been where they charge you for personal trainer here in fitness 1 there is no personal trainer fee. Appu trains each person under him with dedication as I have been training under him for the past 5+ years. If you really want to train to be up there..train with Coach appu!

The best gym in the town with best trainers, good timing form morning 6:00am to morning 2:00am. This good atmosphere and VIP customers community make the whole gym an amazing experience. come visit the gym enhance your body and mind, feel the experience .
