Fantastic experience: In the reception we have Greg who receives us with the most beautiful and friendly smile, what encourages us more to exercise! Denisa at Gymnation is great instructor! She not only does entire lesson with full energy, but also smiling! But the most impressive is that she can speak encouraging and instructing words, while working put hard with us! And it does not stop there! During those so expected 10 sec break, she does exercises to explain how will be the next set! I love that she offers herself at the end of each lesson to sobre doubts! Thank you, Denisa!

Negative experience: I am extremely angry about the manipulative approach. When I decided to register, I asked about all the subscription details and specifically wanted a monthly subscription. After I logged into the application, I discovered that it was actually an annual subscription, and this was never mentioned anywhere beforehand. When I told the employee who registered me, he started twisting his words to make it look like I was the one who was wrong. I asked for the complaints number, and he refused to give it to me. Afterwards, the receptionist cancelled the subscription without refunding the first month’s fee, even though I only attended for one day, yet they still charged me for the full month.

Negative experience: A truly terrible experience at GymNation Oasis. After clearly agreeing with the team that they would only withdraw AED 99 per month, they went ahead and charged me 12 × 99 AED plus an extra 15 AED admin fee without informing me or getting any approval. I even showed them proof of the agreement, yet they still refused to fix it. When I asked to speak to the manager, he refused to see me. I had to walk to his office myself, and when he finally came out, his attitude was shocking. His exact approach was basically: “Now I got your money, you can’t do anything.” And while he claimed he was unavailable, I saw him five minutes later working out in the gym. On top of all that, the place is dirty, poorly maintained, and the staff are not friendly at all. No smiles, no effort, no customer care—they act like they just want your money and nothing else. Machines are not being cleaned on a regular basis. In my 24 years in the UAE, this is honestly the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. Completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and unacceptable.

Positive experience: Struggling with the parking, have to wait minimum 30-35 min find a parking for 1 hour workout session. Other than that amazing team, good workout experience. Parking is really big concern. Please increase the number of parkings.

Positive experience: Very good gym and good equipment are available but tends to be very busy. There is no discipline among the people who work out there and the gym management doesn't do much about it. Kids tend to lift heavy weights without any supervision. I am afraid someone will get hurt badly. Very few people follow the gym rules so you can expect to throw the weights around, using the lockers without mandatory locks (some of us actually gave money for these but the majority just uses the lockers any way they like). Additionally, finding the parking spot is very difficult since there are many people who park there and are not gym members. I like this gym and I am writing this so I could get some attention and we might see some improvements in the future.
