My gym instructor, Shajil, is wonderful.He is highly qualified UK active IQ level 3 personal trainer.He also an Indian junior national body building gold medalist & highly qualified martial arts also.

Saneesh is a great trainer who understands and devices the workout plan to suit our body type and pushes us to be the best version of ourself!
