Fantastic experience: One of the very best gyms I’ve been to in sharjah. I’ve started my fitness journey after a year and the coaches were very supportive and helpful in getting me to shape. I had taken the 3 month course from which one month is over. Based on the body type, the coaches assess and provide a unique training for each and every one of their clients present in the gym on a daily basis. They also present you with a diet plan which you can follow for a month’s time and start seeing drastic changes if you stick to the regime. I’ve got 2 more months but will definitely continue to extend my membership based on my experience so far. Worth every second and penny spent for Keep the hustle strong and god bless

Fantastic experience: I must say a wonderful gym with amazing trainer for ladies section. They do have separate time for both men and women. This is the best gym I've ever been to, I love how the instructor is so nice and welcoming to everyone that comes. The exercises are always so creative and fun to do and what makes it better is that the instructor is motivating and encouraging. I absolutely love this gym.

Fantastic experience: Losing complete hope, motive and not keeping myself healthy in this busy lifestyle of balancing work and family, i finally decided to join the gym. On my first day, i found myself lost and didn't know what to begin with although i have joined gyms previously but gave up. This is where I met one of the trainers and he explained to me what I exactly need. Giving it a thought, and decided to opt for personal training with Saidy! I cannot express how my body and mindset has completely changed. In less than 2 weeks time, I have transformed my body from looking dull to sharp and I can vouch that it has been one of the best experiences for a first timer opting for personal training! The knowledge and guidance given by Saidy is super beneficial and has helped me in every single way, from fixing forms and feeling the tension in every body part trained-increased intensity(explosive workout), to stretching after each set, to following up on diet and sleep schedule, it has been a superb 2 week progress and much more. Fantastic experience: Pretty good. Its not the biggest gym but it checks out all the basics its always clean, has great trainers and all the necessary equipment's. What I like most is the environment, its pretty low-key and isnt very crowded so you almost never have to wait to use the machines like some other big gyms in the area. The trainers are great, they are never intimidating and are always ready for some banter. Only dislike I have is the choice of music, absolutely awful. Its a bit of a nitpick obviously, if you hate the music, you could always wear headphones but yeah.
