Fantastic experience: Best gym in sharjah!! Joining this gym changed my life..the coach NAHIDA Ma'am is very professional and very well trained..she is a great motivator..her aerobics classes are amazing.. weight loss is not the only thing we can achieve through these classes..but a great way to release our stress and building confidence.. Her classes helps us to increase our energy as well as to make our body flexible.. the workouts are different everyday.and therefore we attend each class with great enjoyment without getting bored.. I have lost 4 kgs in three weeks..iam so happy..and looking forward to it.. Joining this gym was one of the best decision I took..love this gym and NAHIDA Ma'am. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO EVERYONE..

My wife and daughter are regularly visiting the gym and are very satisfied with the services and facilities. I've been training almost 4 years now and really enjoy the variety & challenge into the sessions Specially with Our professional trainer Nahida ( Olympic medal): She knows how to motivate us and makes each of our training sessions challenging but rewarding. She pushes you to do your best She puts a lot of time , effort and research into each workout so you never know what's coming which is good and motivating . I am stronger and healthier I have ever been. I look forward to my workouts and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Al Aqeeq Ladies Sports Center and our coach Nahida ( her expertise in fitness is beyond measure)to anyone looking for great quality personal training.

Fantastic experience: Al Aqeeq sports centre is one of the best gym for body fitness and body shape... instructor is highly qualified in sports . There are many types of exercises eg. Step , yoga,jumba, bellydance, mussel building many classes are available which really make our perfect body shape... I m regular going gym person and I got proper shape so I got a chance to work with modeling company as a model... I m very grateful that I go to one of the best gym and maintain my body weight and shape too.. thanks
