Fantastic experience: I have been going to HEROES for a very long time. I have a lot of reasons to give a 5 * for this GYM. 1st thing is it's 24 hrs. Trainers are very coperative. To specify Mr.Rashi, Mr.Mani, Mr. Binshad etc etc.. They are very cooperative and supportive.‍♂️

From guiding me with the right techniques to keeping me motivated on days I don’t feel my best, he’s been a huge part of my fitness progress. Fantastic experience: The couches there are young… not very heavy but they have very good knowledge and coaching skills. They treat gym members very nicely and provide perfect guidance. Very helpful. Machinery is good. Yes it is spacious. High roof, doesn’t look very congested.

Fantastic experience: A good Gym with good knowlegeable trainers. The biggest advantage of this Gym is it's 24 hours and this will allow the entrollers to give an excuse that they were late from work or they are busy. The Gym closes on Sunday morning 5AM and it opens at 5PM in the evening which closes again at 10PM. Again it will open Monday 5 AM, after that it works 24 Hours until next Sunday Morning 5AM.
