Positive experience: The only best thing about the building is the health club. - covers most of the weightlifting and aerobics , equipment including sauna and steam bath- pool ( very small) . Using for the past 2 years - best for the budget.

Fantastic experience: Personally I am so happy and still continuing my workout in this Gym for my past 4 Years! As a trainer Suji is one of the best trainer who I have ever experienced! He is the best trainer who I have ever met, My transformation credit is always to him and hats off to you from my side! I suggest others to come and experience at-least 1 month so you can decide to stay longer or not! Gym is so spacious and clean, there is no Gym in Sharjah Al Nadha location which is big enough and you will enjoy a lot! Only one request is timing please change to 5AM to 11 PM

She really helps everyone, but the problem with the gym sometimes is that it smells disgusting and the elevator is very slow. This is a problem that we suffer from

Fantastic experience: Tiger HC is really a very pleasant place to start your work out journey. It's very well equipped and tidy. Spacious and fully fitted. The staff and the coach Sameera is quite friendly and helpful. I am loving the experience.

Positive experience: I come to the gym only coz of the trainer Sameera she is the best . She is very helpful and motivates me to achieve my goal. The gym is well maintained.The only drawback is getting here by lift which takes a long time .
