Fantastic experience: I really liked being in tgis gym, all the staff are nice and helpful, and the equipments are amazing as well!

Fantastic experience: I visited this gym only yesterday with interested of a membership. As soon as I walked in I felt welcomed by the staff on the desk. I was shown around the gym, studios, changing rooms and was informed about the membership types. I signed up for a membership straight away. Even though I went at peak times and was quite obviously one of the few females training at that time, at not one point did I feel intimidated or overwhelmed. Great gym, staff and facilities. Very excited to continue training there. 10/10.

Fantastic experience: This gym has amazing facility, open 24/7 and great invironment. Has a parking from the mall and even closer to the gym. Good service, amazing friendly staffs, they are all very helpful, affable. Clean and comfortable gym for everyone, kids and family. They have lockers which is coded and separate with men's and women's with each attached with shower and restrooms. Just bring your own towel, soap, shampoo etc. when you use it. Which is I don't mind for this reasonable gym. Good from beginners or even professional athletes to train at. This gym has a different services/classes to attend with, that led by a world class and amazing instructors that help us target all major muscles groups of the body with appropriate intensity, frequency and duration that designed to get us fit. Aside from this they have also Fit Cafe and drinks for gym stuff. Happy for this coz everything is in one place. By the way happy to say I lost weight ☺️☺️☺️. Thankful in this gym now I felt healthier. .

Negative experience: Subject: Concern Regarding Unprofessional Sales Behavior at FIT Gym Front Desk I visited FIT Gym recently with a friend to inquire about new memberships. Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience with the front desk staff, specifically a representative named Khaled. Instead of providing us with proper information about various membership options—including monthly or yearly payment plans—he insisted we opt for a 13-month cash membership. When we asked for other options, he outright denied giving any further details and continued to pressure us for a cash transaction. This behavior felt misleading and unprofessional, raising concerns about transparency in your sales process. We came in genuinely interested in joining, but this experience left a very poor impression. It’s unfortunate because such conduct could drive away potential members. I urge the gym management to investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure customers are treated respectfully and with honesty.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fabulous gym with all the equipment one could ask for. They have squat racks and even wrist ties! They’re open 24x7 and the staff… i have no words! They are the most helpful, polite and amazing lot ever. FIT. gym trainers are also just super. You can’t go wrong with them. They (unlike other gyms - not going to name them here) are also very reasonable in their rates. Worth every penny spent! Special mention of Hannah who is always smiling and chatty

Positive experience: This Gym is great place for workout but during week days its crowded but still fine because it has penalty space and various type of machines which meets everyone needs i didn't like the classes unlike fitness 1st... Coach looks unprofessional and not working out with team to give extra motivation

Positive experience: Excellent facilities and is open 24 hours. Provide range of activities, including boxing, yoga, and fitness exercises, all of which are well-maintained and effective. Although there’s no steam, sauna, or pool. It’s still a very good place to work out.

Fantastic experience: As a first-timer at Fit Gym in Yas Mall, I was pleasantly surprised. The 24/7 access made it easy to drop in whenever, and the variety of classes meant I could try different things to see what I liked. The trainers were welcoming and really knew their stuff, which made me feel comfortable even though I’m not a fitness expert. The space is big, clean, and filled with top-quality equipment, so I never felt cramped or out of place. Overall, it’s a great gym for anyone starting out or looking to take their fitness seriously.

Fantastic experience: The best and most diverse fitness club in Abu Dhabi. No comparison between Fitt and any other place. The machines are spotless and new, the gym is extremely clean, the ambience is happy and friendly, the club members are amazing, you feel extremely safe and unjudged, and the most welcoming and polite attitude is from the club staff! Mr. Ahmed Genidy the club manager is running a beautiful fitness hub and I cannot recommend anywhere better to go and enjoy your health journey at! Oh and by the way, don't forget to try the delicious healthy shakes afterwards at the club cafe at reception, you'll thank me later :)

The equipment is great and the team is always working to improve the space and options for its members. It’s also a great location with plenty of parking outside!

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend this gym for various reasons. Amazing functional fit sessions with coach Rania and Ansar and very friendly staff specially Khalrd and trixy. Very attentive to your needs. Very hygienic facility with great equipments. However, i also request the management to consider opening a steam facility as well. It’d make it even more worth it.

The classes are expertly designed to push everyone to their full potential. The facility is clean and modern, creating a motivating atmosphere. What truly sets "FIT" apart is the professionalism and family-like approach of the trainers and management team. They make you feel like a part of the family, not just a client. They are highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: Last weekend, all claases were over when I asked Mr. Ahmed Abdulkareem who suggested I try yoga, which was a first for me. At first, I chuckled, thinking it was for ladies, but he convinced me to give it a shot. I'm glad I did! I'll be attending more classes with the incredible trainer Nesma. All the trainers are amazing, and special thanks to Khaled for persuading me to become a club member

Fantastic experience: Great music, great staff, love the vibe and the lighting! Also, its really cool that that they have an in body machine that measures ur body fat and muscle mass (great to track you progress). And they also have a lot of free classes with the membership which is great for variation. I will say that they should have more options for certain classes and times throughout the week. For example i would love to do yoga during the week or the weekend but it is only offered three times during the weekdays at 5:30pm. I can’t make it cause i get off work at 5:30pm. one thing that also missing is the hip thrust pad, stil waiting on that :)
