Khabib Gym

Negative experience: I have been using it for several months and held on this review untill I form my opinion properly. Facilities are not too bad, gym by itself is not very big but you can find MMA, bjj, cycling and more, which I never used so I cannot judge. What I can judge are the rules and regulations which strike me as completely meaningless and arbitrary. It's as if they try to make it as difficult as possible for you as a user. Few examples. 1. Padel court which was one of the biggest selling points is basically useless. I presume that's why is empty all the time. On joining they would tell that you can use it and that you'll get 12 passes for your friends for free, upon which they can still use it for 50 Aed/session. Not as simple as it seems - when inquired about the passes and where I can collect them, I've been told "we don't just let anyone" (that is the exact quote), and that they need to send their IDs and phone numbers and sign T&C. The blood sample wasn't mentioned tho luckily. You judge for yourself if that make sense. 2. I am using UAE gyms for the last 10 years. Each gym I was member of would let you freeze your account here and there. This one does too, but they'll charge you 50aed per instance. Never experienced that before, especially for a gym claiming the premium position on the market. 3. There are a lot of kids there with no basic understanding of the gym etiquette, so some of them think it's fine to enter the sauna in sneakers. I have raised this but nothing is done and they keep doing it. Some stuff members are super polite and friendly but some are just the opposite. Overall, I don't feel they are taking the honest approach and are customer focussed but rather sales orientated and obsessed with meaningless procedures where not needed.

Fantastic experience: Amazing experience all thanks to Ajray he showed me around and gave me the most welcoming service one can receive. The gym has new equipment for weight training, clean BJJ mats and plenty of kick boxing bags. The sauna and ice bath were excellent and the pool was very clean. If your visiting for America or live in the area don’t forget to stop by and see my man Ajray for the best hospitality you can find in an Gym in Abu Dhabi.

Negative experience: ⸻ I’m very disappointed with Khabib Gym. I paid 12,000 AED for my family membership, and this is how they treat us — with rude staff, poor customer service, and broken equipment. The trainers are unhelpful, and the gym is not well maintained at all. For such a high price, we expected much better quality and respect. I truly hope management improves, but right now, I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone.

Fantastic experience: While visiting Abu Dhabi for work today, I needed a place to train before driving back. I came across a gym that exceeded my expectations and honestly, it turned out to be one of the best workouts I’ve had in a long time! From the moment I walked in, the ladies at the front desk were welcoming and incredibly helpful. They even offered me a free trial pass for my first session, which was a great touch. The gym itself has everything you could ask for. From classic bodybuilding machines to functional fitness equipment, and even specialised setups for those into MMA it’s all covered. On top of that, they provide excellent recovery facilities, including a sauna in the changing rooms, an outdoor ice bath, and a full-sized swimming pool. I was genuinely impressed not only with the facilities but also with how well I was treated. So much so that I’ve already decided I’ll be making the drive back from Dubai on my days off just to train here again.

Fantastic experience: Special thanks to Coach Oly at Khabib Gym for her incredible support during the 10,000 Steps Challenge — her encouragement and guidance made all the difference in reaching this achievement. I also attend the Ramp class (previously Sweat), and while the name has changed, the intensity and quality remain the same. Coach Sikab pushes us to our limits with the perfect balance of motivation and challenge. Khabib Gym is truly a great place to stay motivated, active, and continuously improving with such excellent coaching.

Fantastic experience: It gets 10 stars from us. Excellent gym with nice pool outside and good quality martial arts training. Ladies classes also good.

Positive experience: Great place, good, well maintained machines, Plenty of classes options for every taste... my only gripe is that any coach I landed my eye on was always with a grumpy mad face, don't know if it's a theme or something, but you hardly got a smile or a pleasant look from anyone...

Fantastic experience: Khabib gym is a great fitness option for eager families to get away from present day life and stay active and healthy. I especially enjoy ladies only swimming and lessons. My coach Esraa is an amazing teacher who has helped me overcome my fear of water, which countless coaches have failed to do before. She goes along my pace while challenging me at the same time, by teaching me techniques but when my limits have been reached, she changes the activity and circles back to the challenging one at a later time which I really admire. This is the fastest and the most I have ever learned from a coach, and this standard is kept along almost all of Khabibs staff. I highly recommend.

The zen flex class with Aya is incredibly good and I totally recommend for the ladies who need to work on mobility and breathing. Fantastic experience: The gym is truly impressive, boasting excellent facilities, incredible equipment, and a fantastic atmosphere. The friendly staff provides excellent service, ensuring a clean and comfortable environment suitable for individuals of all fitness levels, from beginners to professionals.. Moreover, Coach Majid is an excellent fitness trainer. His effort for making me fit is awesome. His knowledge about maintaining good health, sharing his knowledge & communication is really helping out a lot to stay fit. In addition to fitness he also have nutrition knowledge and share nutrition diet plan for having good health.

Positive experience: I went there with some friends on MMA open day (last sunday) and the lady at the reception was not nice, empathetic nor welcoming to us. We really didn’t feel we were coming to that “special place” we were expecting. Not impressed at all. Unfortunately she had a badge with her name on. Thank you Bleona for the “great” first impression you gave to us. The open day was amazing though.

I also took a boxing class with Patrick- a great coach and friendly individual. It was my first boxing class and thoroughly enjoyed it. Overall I had a great first experience at the gym thanks to Arjay, Tagu and Patrick. Overall, the staff are very friendly and make you feel at home. I recommend this gym.

Fantastic experience: I have been a member since the gym opened back in September and I’m really enjoying the facility and all the classes specially the Sweat class with Coach Sikab. Sikab is an amazing coach and PT as she really understand the personal differences and needs and push each individual accordingly.

Fantastic experience: I do the sweat class with instructor Sikab Aldweik. She is absolutely amazing and very knowledgeable. I absolutely enjoy her classes. Because I enjoyed her classes I do personal training with her and she is brilliant and really one of the best trainers I have had.

Positive experience: Nice facilities and great staff. I only wish they offer separate membership for classes like wrestling/MMA/BJJ. You can’t find any other wrestling classes in Abu Dhabi except here and Coach Nurlan is amazing at teaching it. I know many MMA & BJJ enthusiasts who would love to train wrestling here but don’t really want to pay the full membership for all facilities.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic facility for those looking for a clean gym with lots of different areas to suit people's needs. From bodybuilding, functional fitness, BJJ, MMA, wrestling to swimming, spin bikes and a padel court, this facility has got you covered! A favourite of mine is the 4 different ice baths with 4 different temperatures, great for recovering.

Fantastic experience: Facilities are amazing, definitely 5 star, and the staff has been outstanding all around. I have been a member since November, and have been using the pool quiet frequently. Having Esraa there, my swimming has significantly improved and not only because she is a fabulous coach but because she is an even more awesome motivator. Thank you Esraa, for making me see what I can accomplish!!!

This gym is family friendly, i saw a lot of kids participating in the class that are offered, not like other gyms where if will he for adults only. Here you can train your children and also get in shape. Happy that i have made the decision to join and be a member

Fantastic experience: Hey there! I just wanted to share my thoughts on this amazing gym I've been going to. It's seriously top-notch! The first thing that caught my attention was how spacious and comfortable it is. There's plenty of room to move around and never feel crowded. Plus, the cleanliness is absolutely spot on! I really appreciate a clean gym environment, and they definitely deliver on that front.

Fantastic experience: Arjay Very helpful guy. Once you want to join this, come and find him. The gym is very good for the family. You can get a lot of facilities, Wrestling Brazilian jujitsu, boxing, swimming cycling ladies only classes kids classes and I advise you to join the gym as soon as possible thank you.

Positive experience: Lovely facility, but not very convenient packages, no monthly,three or six month package. Many gyms im Yas Island offer those packages with pretty much same facilities Hope management will look into it and come up with more reasonable packages rather than only one year, i have lots of friends from West Yas ans Yas acres who didn't join for that reason.

Fantastic experience: All the staff members were incredibly courteous from the get-go. Khabib Gym caters for every member of the family, young to old. The facilities are top notch and I would count them as one of the best gyms in Abu Dhabi. The family membership is great value, too.
