They have customized my rack and were even willing to build some one-off attachments for me. Equipment is similar quality to Rogue, with much better service. Their team is professional and careful. Recently needed some equipment moved/installed and Thariq, Shahul and Harish really went out of their way to get the job done right and ahead of schedule.

Fantastic experience: I had a very positive experience with Thariq and Ameer. I wanted to get some box kettlebells for my home gym and came across Liftdex. They arranged for me to pop down to their office to see their products. As a longtime gym bunny, I must say that I was impressed. I ordered a pair of 10s, 20s, 24s and 32s. They arrived the next day! Negative experience: Liftdex used to be a great place to get gym equipment. We built our whole gym using them over 2 years ago they where super helpful and always stuck to their word. This year (2024) we have had nothing but problems when it comes to actually getting the work done. Its a shame because the quality of the equipment is great and the workmanship of the guys is good too. The communication from them and the reliability has really gone down hill, i guess they have gotten busier over the years. I only seem to get a reply when i show interest in purchasing something from them, but when its help i need with finishing work they have already started i have to chase them multiple times to even get a reply. quite disappointing from a customer who's spent 100's of thousands of AED with them! Don't think i will be reaching out for work again once they finish the my final pending thing with them.
