Along with the guidance and motivation, it’s the friendly vibe of Ismail sir which has made me a regular. It can be packed during peak hours but definitely better than those over priced gyms. Kinda small and missing some equipments but theyre improving over time. What I like the most is the staff and the people, Mr. Ismael, Rabi and Richard, very helpful and friendly trainors! Especially Mr. Sreesan CUTLER, you're the best brother!!! It's been two months in this gym and i must say that it's definitely a great gym to start your fitness journey. The trainers are well trained and very helpful. Especially my trainer, Mr. Ismail who has taught me many exercises and the correct way to use the equipments. I must say that throughout my sessions, he has encouraged and motivated me to put my best efforts and also made sure that i did my workouts in proper form to avoid any injuries. As I got to grips with my quirks (the things I can and can’t do) - he pushed me to develop, always knowing when I was capable of doing a new pose before I realised it myself.
