Fantastic experience: السلام عليكم ، أنا مريم بحب أحكي تجربتي الفريده والرائعه في مركز E body shape انا وحده عملت قص معده وكنت بعاني من مضاعفات بعد العمليه من ضعف العضلات والكثير من الترهلات في الجسم وثبات في الوزن وعندما بدأت التدريب مع E body shape خسرت اكثر من 7 كيلو في اقل من شهر ونصف وقوى في العضلات وجسد ممشوق وبشكر مركز e body shape ومدربتي عاليا على دعمها المستمر ❤️وكوتش هند كثيرا❤️ اتمنى لكم النجاح الدائم

Fantastic experience: السلام عليكم ورحمه الله وبركاته أنا والد زايد محمد سالم ابني لاعب كره قدم كان يعاني من اجهاد عند لعب الكره وضعف في الاحتكاك وبع ان تم إشراكه في نادي اي بودي شيب تم وبحمد لله التخلص من الإجهاد المتكرر وسار قوي في الاحتكاك في الكره واحد ضد واحد. وبحمد لله أتعدل جسمه وعضلاته سارت كويسه والحمد لله حتى سر سرعته وركضه في الملعب ممتازه جدا ولله الحمد واشكر الكاش عليا على المجهد الي بذلته للولد واشكر النادي على تعامله الجميل وانصحكم ان تشتركو في النادي وإنشاء الله باتستفيدو

Fantastic experience: Now I completed almost 1 year with Ebody shape. They are the best EMS Training center. My life completely changed after starting with them . I didn't used to like to exercise but with them it started to be routin of my life. Most of my sessions are with coach Hend. She is amazing and very professional. Because of the way she trains my body shape changed and she encourage me to always keep it up and exercise. I always renew with them because I feel comfortable with the timing and the team are so good.

Fantastic experience: أود أن أشارككم بتجربتي في الجيم ..لقد اشتركت معهم أكثر من مرة وعلى فترات طويلة في بعض الأحيان ..لأن المكان نظيف ومريح ويلتزمون بالمواعيد والمدربات مؤهلات وأخص بالذكر المدربة هند..متفهمة لما أحتاجه من عناية ومتابعة وأشكرها على صبرها وروحها الجميلة..أنصح من يعاني من آلام الفايبروماليجيا أو آلام الوثاب..بتجربة هذا الجيم ..فبفضل من الله وتدريبهم..لم أعد أعاني من هذه الآلام مرة أخرى.

Positive experience: كانت تجربة نوعا ما ممتعة لان المدربين لطفين و تعاملهم جميل و لكن صعوبة التواصل مع الإدارة و الشخص المسؤول عن المدربات في حال وجود امر طارئ و عدم مراعاة الظروف الصحية يشعرك بعدم الراحة و الاطمئنان و عدم الرغبة في الاستمرار
