Fantastic experience: The gym seems awesome and the atmosphere looks very clear as compared to other gyms. In last December I joined Gym to build muscles and maintain a stable and fit body. It also has experienced coaches and trainers and I am here to achieve a fitness goal. The gym equipments seems perfect and the coach is very friendly.

Fantastic experience: This gym seems small when you enter but it is bigger than it looks with so much equipment for all body parts and another room with machines that are amazing for your chest, back, legs, shoulder and even a bit of bicep. The atmosphere here is amazing and the trainers here are very professional, friendly, supportive and they don’t belittle you for getting your forms wrong, this is good for beginners who might not know what they’re doing. They are also happy and supportive when you make progress. It’s not just the trainers who are great but the people there are very kind and aren’t judgemental. It is a very strong community that also has many experienced people going there. Most people who come here are men but there are also women who come and it is a safe place for women to go to. The trainers and everyone else treat them with the same respect they treat others. The equipment is up to date, safe and clean. Many of the equipment and machines can be used for many different exercises, ones I never knew existed before. They are also consistently trying to get new equipment like the new machine for training forearms they got a few weeks ago that has made it so much easier to work the forearms. The treadmills also have an air conditioning unit. This gym is also very affordable with one month subscription being 200 AED a month which for what you are getting is amazing, and you don’t get charged extra for the trainers training you unlike some other gyms. You can also come here for just a day and only pay 30 AED. There are also different packages which can make it more affordable and for students (uni or school) they can get a good discount if they choose more months. My experience here has been great so far, I’ve just completed 3 months and have 3 months before I leave for University. When I started I thought I was gonna have to figure it out alone but the guy who trained me (he’s the owner/manager with long tied hair) was very kind and helpful, and to this day he still helps me when I need it. When I began I was very out of shape and making alot of mistakes but with his training, I improved alot and now I’m in better shape and I still make mistakes but not as much as before. The 2 other trainers are also very helpful and they helped me alot whenever I ask. I am sad that I only have 3 months left but hopefully I will come during holidays. This gym deserves all the 5 stars it gets.

Fantastic experience: I would definitely recommend this gym to anybody, beginners or not, this gym is worth your money. The trainer Ali is fantastic and very knowledgeable with what you need to work on. He is a good trainer. Ali gave me training and diet plan and I loss 4kg within a week of following it.
