Fantastic experience: I joined this institute with a goal to lose fat and maintain my muscle mass, with the help of coach Hussain I was able to achieve my goal and lose 9 kilos within the course of 2 months. I appreciate the intensity of the workouts and diversity of exercises, also how effective the exercise can be with the right diet and discipline, with the help of the coach Hussain, I got the right diet and reached the fat percentage along with maintaining my muscle mass thanks to the EMS in Future fit.
