Fantastic experience: After 4 months review Best gym in the area at very economical packages. They have good equipments but that they need to improve because most of the machines are now old. They have three trainers but trainer named "Saad Bhai" is truly honest to his work and he guides you all the time whenever you seek guidance. He is friendly and keeps the rhythm flowing. Love doing workout with him. Ambiance is great for workout also the area is wide and big enough that makes us comfortable even in heavy workouts, selection of music is not and all the members are cooperative. Also there isn't any rush anytime.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gym i have been so far, filled with all the equipments you look for, spacious enough and great ambiance with good lighting and friendly trainers who help you throughout every workout and gives you a complete idea about the diet plan you should follow, Mr.ajay has always helped with all my questions and he made sure to monitor what i have been doing is always in a right way it has to been done. i appreciate the good work keep going ❤️

Fantastic experience: Fit for change is an amazing gym with a huge variety of equipment. The staff so supportive and informative. Holly’s classes are truly the best workout classes I have ever attended. Fitness level in the best shape possible all the while having so much fun! I recommended this gym and holly’s classes to all my friends. I loose 10kg in 2 months. Very effective classes I ever met. One of the best gym in Ajman.
