Fantastic experience: I have tried pt sessions with coach Abidh and it was highly motivating for me with his guidence I get to know the right posture during strength training which really helped me to reduce body aches and ofcourse about the gym its super hygiene ,perfect location and truely helping people to target the goals.

The place have to be clean, equipped, friendly ambience, more over the coach should understand exactly our strength and weakness, Thats y i like PRO FITNESS and Coach ABID is highly recommended. He got in-depth knowledge, and know how to makes the workout interesting, always willing to help and a fantastic motivator!
