Sweat Gym

Fantastic experience: Very pricey but it is a boutique gym. It's going thru renovation now so a lot of the classes are offered at the moment. They're spin classes are top notch

Negative experience: I had an unfortunate experience at SWEAT this morning. As the Pope is holding mass at ZSC the roads were much more congested than I’d thought they’d be and I arrived 6 minutes late to my class. The trainer was seated at the front desk and quickly started explaining that I was, ‘much too late’ as he was sitting down already! With coffee! At first I thought he was kidding- I’ve been a gym goer for nearly twenty years in America, Cairo, Norway and Paris and never in all of that time have I seen a trainer refuse to run a class because the one and only attendee was 6 minutes late. It quickly became clear that he was in fact not joking and I suddenly remembered that he was the same trainer who had previously told me it was too much work to get equipment out for a class some time back as I again was the only attendee. YIKES! High energy, hey! There are so many gyms in Abu Dhabi I can’t see that I’ll return to this one. Shame as its conveniently located and many of the classes I’ve enjoyed in the past.

Fantastic experience: Great studio for spin classes. instructors are all amazing, motivating,upbeat and always make it a fun workout.love the the amenities here ,they give you shoes and water and help you set up your bike

Fantastic experience: Best Place in Abu Dhabi to work out. All the trainers are really really good! Is always a pleasure to train there.
