As someone who has used personal training for 20 years, I can confidently say that my time here has given me the quickest and most noticeable results. The convenience of their flexible schedule makes fitting in workouts easy, and the app simplifies booking my sessions. The gym is equipped with the latest, high-quality equipment, and the trainers are true professionals who design individually tailored programs to meet your goals. Each session lasts just under an hour, starting with a warm-up, followed by a full-body weight training session (which can be adjusted to target specific areas), and ending with a quick 5-minute cardio burst to wrap things up perfectly. Elite Fitness has exceeded my expectations in every way!

Fantastic experience: I have been an Elite Fitness client for 10 months now, and the only way to summarize my experience is “They deliver results” (see attached pic for proof!). With an experienced coaching staff tailoring programs for you, efficient ops staff making sure communication is smooth and a hygienic well equipped facility, I cannot recommend them enough. The distance to gym location might be an issue for some people, but I have come to terms with it.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic friendly experienced team of coaches who tailor your plans based on your goals, provide support and guidance during gym sessions and away from the gym. Monthly fitness challenges are fun and motivating. Excellent facilities and very clean. Definitely recommend to anyone looking to start going to the gym or get back in to the gym.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member for 2.5 years + and Elite fitness has great coaches, great equipment and a friendly environment to train in. The coaches make you feel confident and comfortable while training and are always there with you. I also enjoy the flexible booking system that allows me to train at a time that suits me. Without Elite Fitness, I would be no where near the level of fitness I have achieved today of losing fat and gaining muscle.

Negative experience: I am dissatisfied after just a call to the gym to ask about memberships, I just want to use the facility and dont need a personal trainer, since I am a personal trainer myself ! Despite telling the lady on the phone , she insisted that this is the only thing they offer personal training is compulsory to use the gym ! However, the gym looks good with prime branded equipment.

Fantastic experience: Being a fitness coach myself I was still struggling with achieving my personal fitness goals. Motivation and consistency were there. What I was missing is someone who could help me to overcome my limiting beliefs and encourage to train with the right intensity. I joined Elite Fitness in July, 2022. 4 months forward .....transformation is so obvious. I look stronger, healthier, more confident and happier then ever before. So glad I gave it a shot

Fantastic experience: A good friend suggested I come with her to Elite Fitness and try a free training session. I'm so happy I did. From the first day, I have felt welcomed and never once an ounce of the dreaded 'gym intimidation'. Elite is so much more than a gym, where do I begin? Mainly it's the incredible and professional Coaches and friendly staff. The equipment is top notch, the space is always clean and ready to go. Each session I'm both challenged and inspired by my Coaches. My individualized training and nutrition programs keep me motivated. Each day, I feel more confident and ready to work hard on this journey. Thanks to the Team at Elite Fitness, happy to train here.

Fantastic experience: Elite EPT is a great place to exercise and learn about how you look after your body and mind. The coaches are top class, friendly, and very approachable. The classes booking system is just fantastic. The car park facility makes the gym visit easy and hustle-free. I should have joined the Elite club a long time ago instead of wasting time and money doing random unsupervised exercises and waiting for my turn in those -famous- crowded gyms. Fantastic experience: After years of gradually putting on weight it was time to find myself the right place to start getting healthy again. I’m so glad I found Elite Fitness. It’s semi private training with a customised 6 month plan that Includes food management. The coaches are great, push you enough to get a solid workout but still want to come back the next day! For me this gym and set up is exactly what I needed, help me get structure and consistency in my training.

Fantastic experience: Compared to personal training, Elite is an incredibly affordable alternative while offering more flexibility. For example, I can sign up for a session an hour before it starts, which is impossible with regular PT. The facilities are clean and complete, and the trainers are top class. I can't recommend this gym enough.

The words can’t express my gratitude and appreciation of this facility that is the most unique tailor made quality time that you will have. Honesty first I thought their price is high but when I joined it’s worth every penny I’ve spent since 18 months. I really recommend this gym to anyone that wants a change in their lifestyle. My life has been changed due to their quality trainers that you feel a family member to them not a client. Their semi-private training is all want I needed ... keep in mind this is the first training of my life. Ignore all the fake reviews... try it for a month then you can see what I’m talking about.

The limited group training allows the coaches to guide you in the best way possible. Fantastic experience: Best semi training with all coaches .. The training technique based on the instructor's focus on the trainee in terms of the health situation in case of any previous injury, and taking into account how the trainee is prepared to start his course and build his fitness from zero to reach the desired goal, whether weighing loss or building the muscle mass and physical fitness, my experience was excellent with my multiple injuries i was able to start from zero as i have spine injury in multiple levels , the club, is divided into six zone in each zone where the trainee passes, consisting of comprehensive exercises for the upper and lower parts with gym equipment with free exercise away from equipment to ... and better part that you can book ur classes 1 hr previous or call in case the class desired is 30 min to start .. more over they have 2 levels of underground park with easy access , changing room and shower and lockers .. thanx alot to all Ellite team and the great effort that was given
