Negative experience: God forbid anyone takes a wrong turn in dubai i was 1 MINUTE beyond the grace period of 7:30 class and the receptionist denied me access to the class. You couldve at least asked, tried to ask the coach!!! This is absurd you completely ruined my excitement for this class and morning workout. Things can be a lot simpler guys, a minute beyond grace period is not the end of the world

Positive experience: Responses were delayed even after multiple calls, couldn’t take benefit of the offer due to this. Could be better connect and communication.

Fantastic experience: Amazing place. The proposed workouts are always great together with experienced coaches. The overall energy of the studio is 10/10. Besides the fitness classes, the team is also always planning outdoors activities and get togethers. I highly recommend it ❤️

Fantastic experience: This gym definitely helps you reset and maintain your fitness! It is well organized, cool and clean. Easy access and free parking get you in and out of the gym efficiently. The staff is so friendly and the instructors are encouraging. This circuit style of training is easy to follow and can be modified to your fitness level. Finish off with a protein shake and you’re ready to start or wind down your day!

Fantastic experience: I wake up at 4:30 AM and drive 30 minutes just for this gym to attend the 6AM class … I think that says it all! I love the functional fitness, circuit-based workouts; are never boring and always introduce new exercises that keep me engaged. Coach Clayton is very very good; he knows exactly when to push and when to adjust and every session is both challenging and rewarding. It might sound like a cliché to call it the best gym, but the truth is, it’s the combination of so many standout factors that keeps me coming back: 1. Excellent coaches, 2. Friendly staff, 3. Constantly varied and fun workouts, 4. An amazing community connecting for outside the gym activities too, 5. Great clients (genuinely nice people train here) and 6. the MUSIC… honestly, it’s very very good during the workouts! They also have Teen Fundamentals, which is a great activity for teenagers. RESET isn’t just a gym, it’s an experience!

Fantastic experience: Instantly my favorite "gym" in Dubai. I say "gym" because this place is so much more than that word. Even though it's a constant rotating schedule of classes, they've created a sense of community and encouragement that comes through in each interaction with the coaches, staff, other members, or anyone you may meet on your way in or out. And they offer so much more than just classes as well, within the first week I started coming I was lucky enough to have done my mobility testing and body analysis with Clayton, it gave me so much insight into my body and gave me a great reference point to see how far along I'll come. For once I'm actually excited to be on this fitness journey instead of dreading the whole process. You won't regret booking a visit to Reset, so just do it!

The workouts can be either easy or tough, depending on your mood, but above all, you feel great after. Free parking, greenery around you for a pre or post workout walk. What's not to love? Fantastic experience: I love this place for my morning exercise routine! The schedule fits perfectly into my day, and the location is super convenient with no traffic hassles. Plus, there's ample parking, and they validate it at the venue, which is a huge bonus. The are showers available for freshening up after your workout. You can even order a freshly prepared protein shake, which is delivered right when you finish exercising – such a nice touch! The exercises can be challenging, but they offer two different levels, so it’s suitable for everyone, no matter your fitness level. Highly recommend!

The trainers are super knowledgeable and encouraging and the workouts are different every day so you never get bored. Fantastic experience: It’s one of the best studios to workout at. The advice , the body assessments, the support for nutrition and timely checks. The trainers always give your their 100% which is fun, energetic, always enthusiastic to help and assist, they push you, support you, sometimes even work out with you. The Diversity of the classes are amazing so you are never bored. I’m hitting the 2 year mark at reset and there is no sign of boredom! You got to give it a try . It’s my happy place . I usually attend 1-3 classes a week here as a ClassPass member and I recently completed the 6 week RESET challenge where we received 2x full body assessments, a goodie bag, unlimited classes other scheduled workshops! The Reset team also organised a group hike at Hatta which was good fun! The classes are all varied and challenging, and the support from the instructors is great.

Fantastic experience: I can’t recommend Reset enough honestly the only place that has kept me consistent for this length of time and that’s mainly because I enjoy it and enjoy going. Some of the reasons why: - it’s very convenient - straight forward exercises - warm welcome every morning - it’s 50 mins - the protein shake afterwards - the friends you make - it’s made fun by the coaches. Positive experience: Lovely studio with lovely trainers. There is 1 studio only where there are 12 stations and screens. Everyday there is a different set of exercises that you follow on screens and the instructors help you during the session. There is a shower and changing room for both ladies and men. There is a proten shake bar too. They also do body scanning to track the improvement. Totally recommend it.

If your looking for some enthusiastic trainers that help you achieve your goals, then this is the place!! Enjoyable workouts that are different every single time, great calorie burn everytime and not just for the experienced HIIT goers. If you’re intermediate they make sure you are doing the exercises right and make you feel part of a family.

And what’s unique about this fitness is that they give you wrist bands to monitor your heart rate which gets projected in the screens in the workout room! The coaches ensure each member puts in their best by correcting the posture and motivating us to keep going! I must say, a must-join fitness!

Fantastic experience: Every workout has lots of activity and is different so there was no chance to get bored as the session passes so quickly and their clever use of technology adds to the experience. The staff are excellent and pay so much attention in a non-intrusive manner that you could almost believe that they are feeling your workout pain! Brilliant place and well worth trying it out.
