Fantastic experience: I've been with the studio from their beginning in Dubai and now can't imagine my life without it. What I like about the studio: it's clean, light and spacious; you have your own pole and don't need to share it with other girls; professional instructors who can inspire you a lot; there are classes for different levels and additional classes for stretching, yoga etc if you want to do something else then pole; very friendly embiance where you can workout hard and have fun at the same time. Very easy location! I love all about it! Thanks to the MPDS team!

Fantastic experience: I am back to a beginner level because I stopped doing aerial silks 5 years ago. Being newly settled in Dubai, I was looking for a studio where I can try silks out again. I am happy I found TRIX. I had such a great time trying the aerial class with Olga, she is great and supportive. Her years of experience are showcased in the way she instructs you, she is very mindful of the level that you're at and will provide personalized attention (especially when you need it). The studio itself is nice, it has a room specifically for 1 on 1 sessions with an instructor of your choice (should you want more focused attention). The studio also offers pole, which I want to go back and try! The service is great, super friendly and supportive environment. The studio also offers refreshments like coffee and snacks and bottled water you can purchase if you forget yours. I will definitely go back!

Fantastic experience: I aways have a fantastic time at the studio and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to try out pole classes or aerial hammock. The welcoming atmosphere, supportive community, and engaging activities make it a great place to learn and grow both physically and mentally. One of the things that stood out to me during my visit was the sense of community that the studio cultivates. I loved the emphasis on celebrating women and femininity, which made me feel empowered and supported. It was clear that the staff and owner care deeply about providing a positive and inclusive environment for their customers, and that really made a difference in my experience.

They are very much looking forward to the next class. Would highly recommend the aerial gymnastics for young girls (our class has 4-6 year olds).
