Negative experience: I’ve decided not to renew my membership because of one trainer’s unprofessional behavior.i don’t know her name but she’s a black women. She used to be fine, but recently her attitude has changed. In one class, she only showed exercises once and was rude when I made a mistake, laughing at me and speaking dismissively. She also embarrassed me in front of others over a mat I borrowed from reception, despite it being allowed. I come to the gym to relax and focus on fitness, but her behavior made the experience uncomfortable. A friend of mine had similar issues and also stopped attending.

Negative experience: I was so happy to join the gym at the beginning of my membership, but after that IM surprised !! they told me you are not allowed to spend more that 2 time in the same day , they did not tell us this role before , and why we can not come twice , i pay for it , im not coming free !!!! Really disappointed from that time didn’t go again , also the front office there are rude , and you should respect the Clint and talk to them nicely .. you must WIN the customer not do like this with them . Im here since 2 years and now because of that Im not coming again.

Really disappointed from that time didn’t go again :( .. it’s the worst treatment you can have from any other gym ! First time to know that the gym limited with time and when you can come !! Then why we pay for membership?? Soo rude !

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at Velocity Gym for over a year now, and with good reason; it is clean, the equipment is being cared for, and they have the kindest staff, which will make you feel welcome every time. The gym consists of a ladies' and a mixed side, as well as a cafe with the healthiest, most delicious, and most affordable foods. Please try the Snickers protein shake; it is to die for! If you want to work up a sweat, you can always join the aerobic classes, bike classes, Zumba, and CrossFit classes they have daily.

Fantastic experience: It’s such an amazing place to workout, the people are so friendly from Jasmine who always welcomes you and greets you with a smile when you walk in to the coaches who lead the group classes. I particularly enjoy the Zumba classes led by Sarcha as they are high intensity. Overall the gym’s up keeping is up to standard and well-equipped.

I trained here on daily basis, found consistent positive trainers that help to creat a perfect workout environment, amazing facility, top equipment and good service with friendly staff. Coffee,great shakes & tasty meals available everyday at Velocity Cafe! I can’t say enough about my trainer, how grateful for all results that achieved so far!

Fantastic experience: Love the place, its got the perfect spot at Century Mall. The gym is big and spacious, got both the men's and the women's side. Good state of the art equipment are available and got a fun and amazing environment. Well maintained, clean and ensure that covid protocols are fulfilled. They have great group classes which are conducted at different timings. Personal one on one training with the trainers taht are provided are the perfect choice for anyone looking for targeted/guided workouts. My trainer is great at what he does. He knows exactly when and how much to push to get the best workout out of me! There is also cafe attached to the gym, where a wide variety of healthy drinks and sandwitches are available! I get to finish my day with a great workout and good food!

Fantastic experience: Amazing family oriented gym with fitness for all ages! With a variety of classes very open spacious gym area for ladies only and mixed. Offers kids classes as well! The cafè is perfect for before your workout, after your workout or simply just to sit down for a nice meal! The ambience is very welcoming and professional. Fresh juice, protein smoothies, healthy filling salads, bagels, and the most amazing coffee! The açaí bowl is the BEST I have ever had! ☕️
