Negative experience: I recently joined in this Gym since they have a lot of equipment's than my previous Gym and this is located near to my house. Unfortunately, the trainers are not good. Because, they don't look into whether you are doing with the correct position or not. They just tell you do some name of the workout and they will be using mobile only. You have to take care of your body and the positions. If you are beginner, I don't recommend this due to the trainers carelessness.

Positive experience: One of the few gyms in the Al Markaziyah area with a squat rack. The equipment is old, but the gym goers and staff are a decent lot. AED 20/day with better rates for longer sign ups.

Fantastic experience: To be honest guys the gym does the job to it's best has almost all machine , old machines are the best heavy duty . And the coaches are the most friendly u can ask for they will tell u what excercises to do without having to pay additional money . Best thing stays open until 1:30 midnight .
