The staff is always friendly and ready to assist, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The gym itself is top-notch, providing the perfect environment for workouts. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: I visited a few gym before making the decision to join Abu Dhabi Muscle Factory. I know I’ve made the right decision just after my first day for which I got myself a day pass for 20AED. Right the next day I pod a monthly subscription of 210AED (for women) because I loved how clean and organized the Gym was. The trainer makes you feel included and guides you day after day. I recommend this gym if you are looking for a gym in Abu Dhabi city.

Positive experience: One of the best equipped gyms in the area. Equipment seems very new. Looks like the gym is recently opened. Clean and tidy. You can see a guy frequently cleaning and sanitizing the equipment. I was impressed when I visited it and immediately joined. Main problem is that it is always crowded. In fact super crowded. Tried at different times but its always crowded. Gym instructors are non existent. I saw one guy coaching some people there but I guess he is personal trainer. Or he is not interested in training everyone. If you are a beginner, don't come here as there will be no one to guide you. And last thing which I don't like is that often people will literally take over your equipment while you are catching your breath, without asking you, Infact completely ignoring you. Lack of gym etiquette.

Positive experience: A very reasonable priced, fully equipped gym with very helpful trainers. I was once a member of a internationally famous gym and the trainers neither check on you, nor will answer your question properly unless you pay them as your personally trainer. In this place you can approach any one of the trainer and they will answer your questions and even guide you in the exercises. Basically, they are human and not paid robots. Personal trainers prices are also very decent.

Fantastic experience: The gym is very Neat. Good ambiance. And the main reason why i love the gym is, The coaches are so accommodating. They helping me a lot to reached my body goal .
