Fantastic experience: Great gym, the atmosphere is not too humid and not too dry either. Equipments we're clean and it always looks new. The lounge is also good it's spacious.The reception is also great, they are approachable and doing everything to help us when we have questions. The coach is also good, he keeps monitoring to see if the posture is right.

Negative experience: Worst Gym Experience Ever Pathetic service and absolutely the worst gym I’ve ever visited. They force members to exercise outdoors even in extreme heat, which is unsafe and unacceptable. When the gym is under renovation, they pause memberships but then restart them without informing clients — basically eating up your paid time without consent. All my money has gone to waste here. I strongly recommend everyone to stay away from this place. You’re honestly better off exercising at home than burning your money on this mismanaged gym.

Secondly, during the renovation period, we provided all members with a complimentary membership freeze to ensure no paid time was lost. Upon reopening, memberships were reactivated only after multiple notifications were sent via push messages, social media posts, and direct email to all members.

Finally, we must strongly disagree with the accusation that we “ate up your money without consent.” This is defamatory and inaccurate, as we have been transparent and proactive in communicating with all our members throughout the process.

I won’t respond to any further comments — the truth speaks for itself. If the gym wants to continue living in its delusional world, claiming it “clearly communicated” while failing to inform members about months-long closures before signing them up for annual contracts, that’s on them. Offering a membership freeze option doesn’t magically make this right. People signed up for a gym — not a forced hiatus. Expecting members to just wait it out, find alternatives on their own, and then return whenever Fidelity decides it’s ready is essentially asking for a free, interest-free loan under the guise of customer service. I can’t help with that level of gaslighting. Original comment: Be aware of the other 1-star reviews — they show how poorly this place treats its existing members. No one expected the so-called “upgrade” to mean shutting down two-thirds of the gym for over two months, with no clear communication beforehand. Also, I have no idea where all the sudden 5-star reviews came from — many accounts barely have any other reviews, so they look fake. This place operates in bad faith. Edit: Fidelity’s response was even more disappointing. Instead of addressing concerns, they played with words — denying the suspicious reviews by saying they weren’t incentivized, which misses the point. The sudden surge of 5-star reviews, many from inactive accounts with near-identical comments, speaks for itself. Amazing how so many people suddenly felt compelled to rave about a pool that hasn’t existed for months — all in the same broken, copy-paste English. Firstly, our renovation is a real and ongoing upgrade, not a “so-called” one. The work, although very close to completion, are underway are visible on-site and clearly communicated through email, app notifications, WhatsApp, signage, and in-person briefings. While the timeline extended beyond our original projection due to circumstances outside of our control, we’ve remained fully operational throughout with training zones, classes, and services available.

Your claim that we “operate in bad faith” and “gaslight” members is entirely untrue and defamatory. We reject these accusations, for example, your membership has been fully frozen since April, meaning you haven’t lost a single day of paid access. The complimentary freeze option was introduced to support members during the upgrade period, and you have used it in full. Suggesting otherwise is not only misleading but paints a deliberately inaccurate picture.

As for reviews, we do not incentivize, fake, or request scripted feedback. Every member is free to leave a review, good or bad. Many of our long-standing members have taken the time to share positive experiences. Fantastic experience: I have already shared my experience with this club and now I will amend that. It is indeed a beautiful club and I, for my part, appreciate the updates you are making. I joined before the beginning of June and I started asking when the renewal process would be completed since the time I joined and they gave me appointments within two weeks, within a week and within ten days. I again appreciate what you are doing, but it would have been better if you had given me a clear time. You told me from the beginning that two weeks would expire and we are now in August. It has been more than two months since I joined and although my membership is frozen, I ultimately paid money for a product that I will get after a while. I know that these things take time, but you should have informed me of that from the beginning or not given members time to procrastinate. Despite that, I praise the customer service and that the club will be in an ideal situation, but in the future I now hope that it will not take longer and I will keep the 5 stars because frankly I have used the facilities for several days and they are absolutely ideal and I am impatiently waiting for the renewals to be completed so that I can return to training.

Negative experience: The worst gym I’ve ever been. To begin with they said they were going to do a reformation of 3 weeks and it’s been 5 months!!!! More than half of the gym closed, no rest rooms, no pool… On top of that they don’t offer any discount not even to the ones paying annual fee like me. More than half of the year I’ve been training in a mini space with no facilities and also the staff is not helpful at all Also is not very clean and the AC in summer is not cooling - seems like you die inside. In a place like Dubai how can u not take that into consideration? Overall I feel they stole my money and they are zero responsive nor caring - also when you try to freeze the service they are making it impossible and putting a thousand excuses

Negative experience: I completely agree with the other reviewers who expressed disappointment with the gym facilities. I had a very similar experience. I signed up for a 3-month membership, only to find out a couple of weeks later that the gym was undergoing renovations. I was told the work would take around 3 weeks and that it would be done in sections, so the gym would still be usable. I said, “Okay, let’s see.” But when I returned, most of the equipment had been moved outside, and some items were completely missing — including the boxing bags. Heavy weight equipment was left outdoors in the extreme heat, making it unsafe and impractical to use. Each time I asked for updates, I was told it would be “just a few more days” or “maybe a week,” but the renovations dragged on far beyond that. Despite this, the staff continued pushing hard for renewals with pressure tactics like “Today is the last day of the promotion” or “The price will increase tomorrow,” rather than focusing on providing proper service first. Another major issue is the inconsistency of the staff. Trainers and membership salespeople change frequently. When I joined, I was given two complimentary sessions with a coach. I spent those sessions explaining my physical condition and goals, and we created a plan together. I intended to continue working with him, but the next day, he had left the gym. There was no proper tracking system or handover — nothing was recorded, and the next trainer had no clue about my situation. Instead of offering to understand my condition first, they immediately tried to push me to pay for sessions. And once you sign up, there’s no refund if you’re unhappy. As a professional master of sport, I have enough experience to recognize quality training and professionalism. I expect transparency, consistency, and a minimum standard of service — unfortunately, this gym failed to meet those expectations.

Regarding your personal training experience, our system confirms that your complimentary Smart Start sessions were completed. While we regret your preferred coach was unavailable.

Lastly, your claim that the club “failed to meet a minimum standard of service” is not reflective of the efforts made or the professionalism of our team. All our Personal Trainers are internationally certified, highly experienced, and committed to delivering high-quality, safe, and personalized fitness support. Negative experience: Extremely Disappointed - Complete Waste of Money! I purchased a 3-month membership at Fidelity Fitness Club, and no one bothered to tell me that the gym was about to undergo renovations. Seriously? If I had known the place would be under construction for nearly the ENTIRE duration of my membership, I would have never signed up in the first place. It’s completely unacceptable to sell memberships without disclosing such important information. I basically paid for nothing - the gym is unusable. I emailed the gym to complain and request a refund, and the response I received was completely unrelated to my issue - like they didn’t even bother to read my message. It felt like a copy-paste reply with no actual effort to address my concern. I want my money back. This feels like a scam, and I’m beyond frustrated. Be honest with your customers next time!

We also wish to clarify that your email query was handled with a personalised, detailed response. It is not accurate to describe it as “copy-paste,”, we make the effort to address each member’s concern individually.

Finally, we strongly reject your accusation that this situation “feels like a scam.” Such a statement is not only untrue and defamatory, but also unfairly undermines the good-faith efforts of our staff and management, who have consistently worked to maintain transparency and offer practical solutions, such as the complimentary freeze you’re currently benefiting from.

Negative experience: The gym has been undergoing renovations since April, with critical areas like the swimming pool, changing rooms, and major indoor equipment being inaccessible for months — all during peak summer. Despite the clear impact on usability, there's been no real empathy or effort from management to offer a fair solution. When I raised my concerns, I received a copy-paste response quoting contract clauses rather than acknowledging the disruption or offering any meaningful compensation. No clear timelines were provided, and the so-called "complimentary freeze" option was never clearly communicated until I complained — and even then, they refused to extend the membership for the months I couldn’t use the facilities. This is not how responsible businesses treat paying customers. Management’s unwillingness to listen and resolve legitimate concerns just adds to the frustration. I regret choosing this gym and would strongly advise others to think twice before signing up. Update: The closed facilities are still not open. Further, I opted for the membership freeze option which was communicated to me after I complained. This also comes up with clause like “That should I choose to reactivate my membership before the completion of the April 2025 Refurbishment that this membership freeze request will be null and void, and my membership expiry date will revert back to the original membership expiry date mentioned above.” Meaning if this refurbishment keeps on going, I will have no choice but to keep the membership frozen otherwise I will lose all the data where the membership was frozen.

Negative experience: Per Fidelity's response, adjusting to provide feedback. 1) After my membership expired, the gym did try to encourage me to sign-up again on the basis of these brilliant refurbishments - somehow failing to detail I would have been without a gym to use for more than 25% of the membership year. I'm glad I didn't, but the service is not on particularly given the membership was increasingly more expensive and made so on the basis of the refurbishments. At the time I asked when they would be done, Fidelity celebrated "we've already launched our new app!" whilst completely ignoring my question on refurbishments (which is actually why I decided against renewal - it felt like obfuscation). 2) No matter what the response, very very few people leave a 5* review for a gym on the basis of friendly receptionists who they happen to know the name of. That doesn't happen; the reviews are questionable, and other reviewers have called this out (though this isn't a new habit....). It's also laughable that everyone would compliment the receptions and yet virtually never name the PTs? Who are you interacting with more - the receptionists or the people in the gym? 3) I was a fan of the gym as it stood; it is not a bad gym by any means (in fact, when fully available, it is an excellent gym). It leaves a bad taste knowing they tried to sell a membership for something that would end up taking 3 months (and counting!). The review is in support of what others are saying. It would not be a tough gesture to simply acknowledge members feedback and say "you're right; by way of making things right, we will ensure all current members are given an extension to their membership that is equivalent to the time for which we have not fulfilled out duty to you as our member".

Negative experience: I have been a member of this gym for two years now and want to refer to one of the previous reviews (Lauren, local guide), with which I completely agree. I found her experience relatable — and honestly, I was shocked to read Fidelity Fitness’ official response. The situation was already unfortunate, poorly managed, and badly communicated. But instead of (at the very least) showing responsibility and working toward a genuine solution for loyal members who invest their hard-earned money into what is positioned as a premium service, the reply came across as dismissive and filled with deflection. I, too, was given misleading information when extending my expensive membership. The primary motive of the sales manager seemed to be closing the deal quickly — possibly with commissions in mind — rather than genuinely guiding the member with honesty. My reasons for joining a gym are simple: to stay healthy, find balance, and be treated fairly and transparently. That shouldn’t be too much to ask. Throughout the renovation period, I tried to stay patient and make the best of it. But I was continuously given updates that turned out to be false or overly optimistic. I was originally told the renovation would take around 45 days — it’s now been over 3 months and counting. The tone of the email communication I received felt more dismissive than constructive, simply stating that “delays can occur” and that it’s out of the gym’s control. For a facility of this scale, this reflects very poor planning and an unprofessional approach to managing such a major project. One other shocking incident that occured to me: The current space is already extremely limited and not ideal. I work out during lunch time now because in the evening there is really no chance. One of the trainers, who was into his own training session, came up to me in a very strange manner asking how much longer I will occupy the machine I was currently using, and then staying right in front of me the entire time of my remaining 4 sets, which came across as pushy and made me feel uncomfortable. Especially during these times I expect the trainers to be more mindful, collaborative and helpful in letting paying customers finish their workouts first. From my experience in my own career, I know this much: even when things go wrong, you have the opportunity to regain your customer’s trust by taking ownership and making things right. That chance was missed here. The only solution offered to members is a complimentary freeze of the membership — which entirely misses the point of why someone joins a gym in the first place, especially during the intense summer season in Dubai when indoor training is essential. What has become very clear to me is that the management is primarily focused on attracting new customers — offering them all sorts of alternatives and deals during this time — while existing members are left with broken promises and no meaningful compensation. The ones losing out are the loyal members. I truly used to love this gym and had every intention of staying long-term. Sadly, that has changed. And as others have already pointed out in their reviews, the sudden wave of recent 5-star ratings — many of which focus only on surface-level elements like reception service, while ignoring the real situation — is hard to understand given the current state of the club. P.S.: I do not require a reply from the Fidelity Fitness team to this review. I have already heard it all. Thank you. ---------‐ Added section as reply to Fidelity's comment, since this is my only option to revert: I have all rights to express my experience, regardless of what kind, here and in the exact way chosen, especially after feeling so failed by your previous statements and actions. Negative experience: To add on to the other comments that have already said it better than I could: Despite what the staff may claim about “unexpected delays,” the gym has been disingenuous from the start. Back in April, they promised a one-month renovation. But the renovation notice at the closed-off area clearly stated from the beginning that the end-April date was only for “preparation for site inspection,” not even the actual work. How could management, knowing this full well, tell members with a straight face that it would only take a month? They’ve allowed me to freeze my membership, and I’ve done so, but after the earlier dishonesty, there’s no guarantee they’ll honor it. Even with the freeze option, the constant shifting of reopening dates affects everyone. Members are left in limbo: do we sign up elsewhere or keep waiting? Most gyms require long-term commitments, and overlapping memberships aren’t a simple fix. It’s clear the gym is banking on the transient nature of Dubai’s population and the low summer traffic, assuming members will just let it slide, while losses are recouped by charging new joiners more after renovations. Negative experience: Very Disappointing Experience I joined this gym and paid upfront for a full membership along with 50 personal training sessions, expecting to begin a consistent training routine. However, shortly after joining, the gym closed for refurbishment. Something I was not informed at all about at the time of signing up. I was told the closure would last three weeks. It has now been almost three months, and I’ve still been unable to use the facilities I paid for. Working outside and having no showers makes this an impossible option. Throughout this period, I’ve tried contacting the team several times, only to be met with extremely poor customer service. The responses I received were aggressive, dismissive, and lacked any real acknowledgment of my situation. They continue to say that the refurbishment was communicated to members. My point is simple: I wasn’t a member. If I had known about the upcoming closure, I would have made a very different decision. After months of waiting with no access to the services I paid for, I’m now seeking legal advice to recover the value of what I invested.

Negative experience: I joined this gym on a yearly membership, and initially, I was quite happy with the experience. The facilities are good, the staff generally pleasant, and the overall environment was motivating. Unfortunately, everything changed with the renovation. There was no advance notice when I joined that major works were planned. A couple of months ago, we were suddenly informed that renovations would begin — and since then, things have deteriorated rapidly. The locker rooms and showers have been completely closed, most of the gym equipment has been removed or relocated into a much smaller temporary space, making it very difficult to train properly. Half the gym is essentially unusable, and no suitable alternatives have been offered. What’s worse is the lack of transparency and communication. There were very vague updates through the app, no official timeline, and absolutely no contingency planning for paying members. To freeze your membership, you’re asked to physically visit the reception and sign a form, which could easily have been done digitally. Reading through the other negative reviews, it’s clear that many members feel the same way. Instead of responding with accountability, management often replies in a dismissive tone, which is incredibly disappointing and I hope I don’t such replies and they show some accountability instead. It shows a complete disregard for members’ time, trust, and commitment. The gym could have handled this far more professionally. I truly hope they take the feedback seriously and start treating their members with the respect and transparency they deserve.

The in-person form is part of our security and verification measures specifically for the complimentary freeze during the refurbishment period only. As always, normal membership freezes outside of this can be arranged without visiting the club. We also acknowledge that the refurbishment has taken longer than originally planned due to unforeseen circumstances outside our control, and we apologise for this. We have done our best to share the most accurate information at every stage, as we never want to mislead our members. We regret that you feel our replies have been dismissive. Negative experience: 3rd review Just checked the reviews and NOT to my surprise the "1 month renovation" is now going on 4, judging by the most recent reviews with pictures, it's nowhere near being complete. My last phone call to them was mid June and they said it will be ready 1st week in July, just like how they said mid May, then 1st week of June, then mid June.. Can't believe how much free money these guys made from members like myself who signed and only could train properly for a month. The 5 star reviews on reception being friendly (which they are). Haha oh sure, people pay more than 3000 AED for 6 month contracts to get a smile from reception? Thats what they sign up to a gym for? Wow ok. Another review stating that they had a trial and it was amazing, really?? Hahaha what workout did they have? Oh, let me guess, they got a smile from the staff that made their trial amazing?? The owner really doesn't care, not once have they reached out to me and to the many others to try and rectify the problem, just sends nothing replies to reviews that make NO sense and is baseless. The owner replied saying phase 1 is almost ready a month ago, I just saw pics in recent reviews and it looks like they are on phase -10 or is phase 1 an extra dumbell outside in the heat? Overall, extremely unprofessional. Do better! 2nd review Update on the below: Cut my losses and joined a new gym. Absolute waste of money - more than 3000 AED. Too bad, was actually a good gym. To the owner, don't tell people it will take a month when it's now going on close to 3. The staff don't even know what to say anymore, feel bad for them as it's not their fault. Very disappointing to waste this amount of money. PS My contract had a no freeze option when I signed and if that changed, I received no emails or notifications that this was possible so thats false from your end. 1st review The renovations are now getting ridiculous. I stopped training at the gym as the equipment is limited, outside in the heat and most of time you have to wait to use whatever little that is available as there are quite a few people in the gym. Do you plan on giving current members a discount on renewal because of this long inconvenience? It's impossible to have a good workout, for example when I was last there a month ago there was only 1 E-Z bar and 4 guys wanted to use it. I joined in Feb and for half the time I had limited workouts and since 3 weeks ago, stopped coming to the gym completely

Negative experience: Edit/Update: It’s now been over 4 months with continued lack of transparency and honesty. A sign has been up for weeks saying, "Only a few more weeks,we can’t wait for you to experience the upgrades in June." Well, it’s now august the recent 5-star reviews, particularly those praising the reception staff, seem out of place, people don’t typically join a gym based on the front desk alone. Take a look at the recent 1-star reviews. More people are speaking up, the truth is starting to come out. ------------ I've been a member of this gym for a while and usually enjoy the facilities, but I’ve been really disappointed with how the ongoing renovations have been handled. The renovations started back in April, and as of mid-June, they’re still not complete. What’s more frustrating is that communication about these changes has been minimal, just a brief email and some basic signage. For the level of disruption members are dealing with, I expected better transparency and updates. Right now, the main part of the gym is closed, and members are having to use a limited setup. Most of the free weights have been moved outside, which is far from ideal. especially now that we’re hitting late 30-degree summer weather. It’s uncomfortable, inconvenient, and doesn’t feel like the level of service we’re paying for. Another thing that stands out is the sudden influx of very recent 5-star reviews, many from accounts with only one review on Google. A lot of these focus on how nice the reception is and how friendly the staff are. While I do appreciate good customer service, it’s surprising to see so many reviews that completely ignore the current state of the gym. Most people don’t join a gym because of the reception area. especially when the actual workout space is under construction. The gym itself has potential, and I hope the renovations will improve the experience in the long run. but right now, it feels like members are being left in the dark, and the online reviews don’t reflect the reality we’re dealing with day-to-day.

Negative experience: Poor overall.. trainer’s are rude, occupies most of the equipments when training their clients…instead of being empathetic and problem solver, management will use threatening tactics, legal action and all, if review is not deleted. Lotto..Soto…toxic..management should change !! Rude behaviour in service industry is not acceptable.. and mind it, all positive reviews are forced by employees and sometimes in return of petty gifts.. In case of honest negative review, manager forces his team for positive reviews so that negative reviews go down. Response to your reaction below: 1) I never had a bad experiences before with any service company except one that’s poorly managed fitness centre that’s yours, that’s why it’s my 1st review. Look at you man, instead of being empathetic, you are trying to portray me as a fake person. You need help! Seriously..!!!! many other genuine people also have given reviews on these lines…. Loto, roto.. 2) You proved my point again, by trying to be intimidating and asking to delete review instead of improving your etiquettes and manners and giving up on your ego …roto.. go and check other honest review where people have pointed out your pathetic intimidation tactics. 3) read recent positive review .. who in this dynamic and fast world, has time to go to a platform and give 5 stars review and write absurd comments like “can’t wait for the new look of fidelity”, “excited for the new look of fidelity”… hilarious.. 70 to 80% reviews are forced or by sham accounts. We would also like to note that you recently renewed your membership, which contradicts the claims of a “toxic” and “unacceptable” environment. If our standards were truly as you describe, continuing your membership would not be a logical decision.

Your concerns have already been addressed directly, and several solutions were offered, which you declined. We are always open to feedback, but we must remind you that all reviews must remain truthful, respectful, and within the boundaries of UAE law and Google’s community standards.

Negative experience: Was sold an annual membership and told the renovations would be happening but my workouts wouldn’t be impacted. Instead half the gym has been closed down, swimming pool empty, sauna closed and the remaining bench press etc are outside in the sun. I’m being told to workout in 40 degree weather, can’t even touch any of the equipment without burning myself. Editing my review as I cannot respond to the comment by management: I was told by your sales team my workouts would NOT be impacted. Your manager admitted that they had to change plans because of local regulations after I had been sold the membership. This is not my problem. Your sales team effectively lied to me and this means I had to pay several months at another gym with no compensation. Awful customer service and an infuriating response from management just doubling down on lies.

The current renovation was not sudden, it was planned, communicated in advance, and announced through multiple channels including email, app notifications, in-club signage, and our social media platforms for several months. While we understand that the timing may not have aligned with your expectations, our team made every effort to ensure all members were aware before and during the transition.

Contrary to your review, the club has not been closed. As part of this scheduled refurbishment, the gym floor, pool, and changing rooms are temporarily closed. However, the club remains operational.

To ensure continued access to training, we have relocated select equipment to the Freestyle Area and Main Studio, and additionally poolside, and group classes and functional training sessions continue daily. We’ve also taken steps to minimize the impact of heat by using climate-assisted zones and providing staff support on-site.

Your comment about being "told the renovations wouldn’t impact your workouts" is not consistent with our communications. We were transparent from the beginning that certain areas would be affected, and the option to pause your membership during this period was offered.

We understand that training conditions may not be ideal during this phase, especially with warmer temperatures, and we appreciate your patience. Please know that the refurbishment is being done to enhance the entire facility and deliver an upgraded experience for all members.

Negative experience: I paid for a 6-month membership on 3th April, and just 2-3 day later, I showed up to find major renovation work underway in a large part of the gym. At no point during the signup process did anyone inform me about this renovation. When I asked for a refund, it was denied. Instead, they offered to freeze my membership and assured me the renovation would be completed by 10–15 May. Based on that promise, I agreed and signed the membership form. Now, when I returned to start using the gym, I was told the renovation is still not finished and won’t be completed until mid-June. To make matters worse, if I choose to resume now, my membership will be counted from 8th April—essentially robbing me of an entire month I paid for without access. This is highly unprofessional and disappointing. It feels like the gym is more interested in taking money than in being transparent or fair with its members. I expected honesty and better service, not this kind of treatment.

Negative experience: One day they post on IG " something new is coming", get members excited, and surprise! You find the gym closed the very next day. The entire gym section has been closed all at once for renovation which is expected to last for 2 months, they've kept a few machines in the stretching area, studio and outside, yes OUTSIDE - in dubai summer. Pool water has been drained out. So basically you can swim or workout only when the gym wants you to. Who are they renovating for? I don't know a single member out of hundreds who isn't pissed. The membership fee was increased this year on pretext of upcoming renovations which have been started without even informing the members. No compensation has been offered for this utterly unacceptable inconvenience. This has to be the worst customer service of all time.

The Instagram post you referenced was part of this wider campaign and followed numerous earlier notifications shared with our members.

Second, the renovation is not expected to last two months. The approximate timeline is one month, and we are working diligently to ensure the process is completed as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Third, the club is not closed, as you falsely claim in your review. While the main gym floor, swimming pool, and changing rooms are temporarily unavailable, the functional training area and group cycling studio remain fully open. Additionally, select equipment has been relocated to our class studio and outdoor area, and group classes continue poolside, allowing our members to maintain their training routines during the transition.

Regarding your comments on membership rates, Fidelity Fitness Club is proud to be a premium fitness facility, offering state-of-the-art equipment, a clean and motivating environment, and a team of internationally certified trainers and instructors dedicated to helping members achieve their goals. The value of our membership is consistently reflected in the positive feedback we receive from the vast majority of our community, that vastly outnumber any poor review we have, and shows why so many have chosen to call Fidelity their fitness home.

We understand that upgrades can be temporarily disruptive, but we are confident that the improvements underway will offer an enhanced experience for all members. For those who prefer not to train during this time, we have offered a solution due to the inconvenience, please speak with our Reception team for more details.

The refurbishment was not sudden, we communicated the planned refurbishment in advance across multiple channels, including email, push notifications via the Member's Fidelity App, social media, and posters displayed throughout the club. We’ve made every effort to keep our members well-informed.
In terms of timeline, the refurbishment will not take five months as you mentioned. The timeline is significantly shorter, and we hope to complete the in approximately one month, and we are working diligently to complete it as quickly and smoothly as possible.

While the main training area, lockers, and showers are temporarily closed, the club remains operational. Equipment has been carefully relocated, with functional training and group cycling areas continuing as normal, and group classes relocated poolside. We’ve also taken additional steps to ensure that the outdoor setup remains accessible and as comfortable as possible during this transition.

Negative experience: The biggest problem here is that employees do not seek to help customers, shift responsibility onto each other, and even their manager is not responsible for their mistakes. In the sauna, housekeeper generally dries rags and socks. Very poor experience.

Fantastic experience: Member of Fidelity Fitness since Oct2020.Very good boutique gym with excellent facilities and equipments.Outdoor Swimming Pool is a great add on. The daily classes are really good with excellent and professional instructors.Also the staff is very helpful and promptly sorts out issues if any. Further to the above, i need to provide a special note of appreciation and gratitude to my Personal Trainer over the last 12 months Mr. Ralf Russel Gramaje.Ralf has been instrumental in helping me achieve my goals related to weight lifting and he is extremely knowledgeble, professional and a fantastic coach.Highly recommended.

Negative experience: My trainer Jake left the gym (that's what they told me) and then I was assigned to another trainer where the first session (a diagnostic one or induction one) also was charged which should've been free because the movement from one trainer to another wasn't my call. Neither was any option given for trainers nor was I asked about what type of trainer I preferred.

Negative experience: Really appreciated the Club, my PT jake helped me fantastically and the atmosphere in the club is great. But if you are someone that travels and want to pauze your membership while traveling, don’t use this gym even-though the condition mention the benefits of pausing you membership, if you have Marc from admin handeling your case it’s an uncivilized process and I have not been treated in any gym this badly. Again great gym if you are not a traveler, if you are a traveler I would recommend to go to an other gym.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gyms in JLT, I’ve been going to this gym for the past 3yrs. The people, the trainers and the members are great, super respectful and friendly. Had an amazing training session with Henco who’s one of the transformation expert in my opinion, has amazing knowledge of everything related to fitness and nutrition. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for a personal training in JLT, this is a great place and Henco is one of the best trainers who can help you achieve your fitness goals.

Negative experience: The worst gym in Dubai! Me and my friend we walked in at the reception around 10:30am to look at the gym and membership price since we are moving in the area soon. The lady in the reception told us theres no one to assist us. It's 10:30am there's no one?? I offer we dont mind we can look ourselves and decide if we like it, will take 2 minutes and that's enough for us, she stop us no we are not allowed to even view the gym if there is no sales consultant! I said Seriously??? Then she bring up pay 150 for day pass, for viewing the gym, do I pay 150 for what??? I'm not working out my dear we wanted to see just the gym inside! She said wait for staff they will come 11am, drove all the way from jvc with traffic and we wait for your staff for 30 minutes just to view the gym environment?? Are you we in the hospital waiting for doctor appointments??? What kind of gym stops walking customer to look around the gym?? We have to pay 150 aed just for viewing?? Horrible customer service!!! So we drove out to UFC gym they welcome us warmly and even offer us to have trail at the same time. We have taken a year membership with the offer for national holiday. Fedility the Worst gym in Dubai, don't visit there they will ask you to pay for viewing and ask you to wait for Sheikh to arrive so you can view.

To ensure the best service for our guests and members, anyone interested in a free trial is required to book in advance, as outlined on our website. This process allows our Membership Consultants to provide a comprehensive tour and address all queries. Our Receptionist, in line with our policies, explained the options available: waiting for a Membership Consultant or purchasing a 1-Day Pass, which provides immediate access to the gym facilities. These measures are in place to maintain the exclusivity and standards that our members value. We kindly encourage you to update your review to reflect these details accurately, as constructive feedback allows us to address genuine concerns and improve.
