Positive experience: The Warehouse is a unique industrial space with an expansive floor plan and lots of equipment. Plates are somewhat worn through and sparse, but the gym and protein bar are open 24/7. Please note, the locker rooms have CCTV security cameras .

Negative experience: The gym is good overall however the Filipino staff at the reception super arrogant and rude.its not first time they are like this, I have been training here for 6 months, I don’t see any improvement. (Melvin is great and respectful other than that everyone else rude and not caring)

Negative experience: Very bad experience with this gym on The web site they told me that i can go and try this location for free trial, after i came to The gym they told me that i have to Pay 130aed for one pass to The gym since i’ve been once in difc facility gym for free 4 months ago, on The website i’ve been chatting with their chat service where they confirm me that i can come and try another location to see if i like it for free as well, i paid 20€ for The taxi to get there then they ask me 130aed which is like 35€ for entrance and then i get home with taxi for another 20€ which is all together between 75€ for one single training in their gym, like what? There are many more luxurious gym and better than this one an they want to charge you and speak to you with no respect, i never go to The warehouse gym in my life again, Thanks for nothing! And Thanks for cost of 40€ becouse of The taxi to go to you gym, i’m gonna put this to my Instagram as well, again Thanks for nothing! people be careful with them they thing if they scam you with their free trial then you gonna Pay Even for that since you are already in The gym but not with my ✌️

Negative experience: Total scam vibes be careful! They make it sound like a simple one month plan that’s easy to cancel, but it’s secretly a 3-month trap hidden in fine print. Staff never mention that when you ask, only later they say “monthly rolling” or “3-month commitment.” I stopped going, yet they still charged me 525 AED twice (1,050 total). When I asked, they blamed me for not reading terms. Already reported to Dubai Consumer Rights. Get everything in writing, seriously, avoid this gym.

Negative experience: I used to love wharehouse....I joined in 2019 at the Marina branch (before it was closed) and paid 3,000 AED for this price not only i had an INCREDIBLE GYM I also had access to the sea after my workouts. I stayed with wharehouse when it closed and move to the al quoz branch. Last year, the price increased to 4,200 AED, but at least we had 2,000 AED redeemable. Now, even that benefit is gone. If prices increase, additional services should at least be provided. For example, Fidelity Gym in Marina offers a pool and sauna for 3,000 AED. Nearby in Al Quoz, Pure Gym offered us a full year for 1,300 AED — including Yanga water. for 4200 per year in Al Quoz, there is no water provided unless we pay extra. One day, I needed to make an urgent phone call and asked to use the (empty) phine booth for two minutes ( as the music was loud in the gym) This was an important emergency and I needed only 2 min, but was told I had to book in advance and pay on top of the 4,200 AED I already paid. If I pay premium price should'nt we get premium services ? Do we really need to pay for additional water ? or cannot use a empty booth for a emergency call ? Why would I want to pay this price in these condition is beyond me. What a disappointing level of service.

Fantastic experience: Gym look mess waste of money.

Negative experience: Definitely not worth the membership fee. The parking situation is a mess, the entire warehouse and all the equipments and machines feel so old and worn out. Changing rooms are stuffy and claustrophobic, and the front desk staff ain’t the friendliest either. Considering how big the space is, they only had 2 benches for bench press exercises. Wouldn’t recommend unless you have no other option nearby :p

Fantastic experience: Been going here for 3 years. Every few months they upgrade gym little by little, not the even need upgrade. Vibe is amazing, staff at reception even more amazing and machines are great. Great gym for bodybulders, CrossFit, Hyrox and any type of workout. If you are a gym person, this is one of the gym in Dubai that you must visit.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at the Al Quoz Warehouse Gym for a while now, and it’s honestly one of the best places to do CrossFit in Dubai. The community here is amazing – friendly, supportive, and always motivating. It really feels like training with family. Coach Paulo is outstanding. He pays attention to every detail, makes the atmospherefriendly with strong community feeling, and knows how to push you just the right amount. His coaching style brings the best out of everyone, no matter their level. The workouts are always challenging but fun, and the energy in the gym keeps me coming back.

Fantastic experience: When I started training with Coach Paolo Rossil, I couldn’t even hold an empty barbell properly. I was completely new to Olympic lifting. But Paolo’s coaching style immediately put me at ease – he’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and truly passionate about helping his athletes progress. Over the past year, with his guidance, I’ve gone from struggling with basic technique to confidently lifting 40 kg! That’s something I never thought I’d be able to do, and it’s all thanks to Paolo’s structured programming, attention to detail, and constant encouragement. Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to refine your technique, Paolo is the coach you want in your corner. I can’t recommend him enough!

Fantastic experience: The best Warehouse branch

Negative experience: This gym is beyond dirty. My boyfriend called me to let me know that business girls aka the lowest girls have been following him around trying to stalk him and talk to him meanwhile my bf wants nothing to do with them? And this is called a clean respectful gym while you allow such disrespectful clients to run around the gym looking for different guys to try and flirt with ? That’s so shameful and this gym should keep a close eye on these non respected humans. Gym should be for working out, not girls running from man to man. That’s not a properly gym and should be looked into with their cliental base. Warning for everyone.

The AC ducts are very low, and the cold air blows directly onto you, which could make you sick—especially after a sweaty workout Also, be aware that while they offer a one-day pass, there is also a one-week pass option that they won’t mention unless you ask. It’s very difficult to reach the manager if you have any concerns, as they only accept feedback via email. More improvement is expected from a high-end gym like this.

Negative experience: Not the cleanest branch and quite a few ongoing issues. For such a large gym, they only have two hairdryers, and one of them is unsafe to use – the back cover is missing and the cable has been poorly repaired with tape. The ladies’ changing room also has a big external AC unit that doesn’t function properly, making the space uncomfortable. On top of that, the membership discount at the bar is applied inconsistently – sometimes it’s added, sometimes not – so you constantly have to double-check to make sure you’re paying the right amount. The most frustrating part is that I’ve raised these issues multiple times over the past two months, yet nothing has improved.

Negative experience: There is lady from Philippines who was too rude. We went to have our membership and she didn’t even help at all and spoke her own language. I’d definitely not recommend for people to face the same problem that I faced.

Negative experience: The receptionist at this gym is extremely unprofessional and rude. Her behavior is unacceptable and completely inappropriate for someone working in customer service. She has ruined the entire experience and pushed us away from this place. Keeping someone like her on staff shows a serious lack of judgment from the management!!! Negative experience: I had a terrible experience today. I visited the gym for the first time with my best friend, who is already a member. I asked one of the staff members if I could sign up for a one-month membership, explaining that I'd use it for 15 days and then pause it for 15 days since I'm traveling. The staff member said they needed to check with their manager. After our gym session, and a guy staff member (a Filipino guy) name Jeffrey told me I needed to pay 3000 AED for a freelancer fee, claiming I was a fitness instructor. I repeatedly told them I wasn't a fitness instructor, but they insisted because I was working out with my best friend. This kind of customer service is really frustrating. I workout with my best friend all the time, regardless of the gym we go to. Poor service and lack of customer care. I hope the management takes this into consideration and takes serious action!!!

Positive experience: The parking is the thing that makes me think twice about visiting this branch

Fantastic experience: Warehouse Gym has been a game changer for me. The atmosphere is solid — great equipment, good music, and no weird gym vibes. Everyone’s focused, and the staff are super helpful without being in your face. It’s one of the few places where you actually want to show up and train. Easily one of my favorite spots in Dubai.

Negative experience: parking is a disaster and the locker room is cramped

Negative experience: 5 years and still 1- the ground is not even at the squat racks 2- Combo rack is broken and unsafe to use 3- the men restroom is so old and broken it looks like a prison toilets, and there is 3 toilets only for 5 thousand members?? Seriously 4- not everyone pays the same for the membership, many people pay way less than others which is shocking. 5- I understand food and beverages at the gym are expensive but water shouldn’t be expensive. 6- kids shouldn’t be allowed to train or roam at the gym around without supervision 7- and finally PARKING. Literally the gym has no parking spaces at all, it takes me over an hour just to find a place. And the valet parking 25aed ? Seriously!!!!!!!!

Negative experience: Is no one going to talk about classes being limited to just CrossFit in almost all branches and then moving CrossFit access from standard to premium then premium to premium plus in just 12 months ? Literally had a black mirror moment when I was looking to renew and upgrade my package. I can pay extra 2k to be in premium just to gym and Science park but can’t attend the classes… I can however spend 2,400 aed on 10aed coffee lol. What a joke.

Negative experience: There is no consideration and assistance from some employees in subscriptions and there is no option to solve some requirements / something bad in the high level of this gym

Negative experience: I signed up for the Warehouse Gym Al Quoz 3-day free trial yesterday, only to be refused entry because I had previously registered for a trial back in January – which I never used. Despite explaining this and confirming I’d never actually stepped foot in any Warehouse Gym, the staff were unwilling to assist or offer a solution. I asked to speak to a manager or find a workaround, but was repeatedly told to pay 120 AED if I wanted to train. I had intended to use the trial to assess the gym for potential memberships – both for myself and for my team, as it’s located close to our workspace. Unfortunately, the poor customer service and complete lack of flexibility made it an easy decision to look elsewhere. Disappointing first (and last) impression.

Negative experience: Absolutely unacceptable experience. I deeply regret signing up at this gym. From the moment I walked in, it was clear they were more interested in locking in memberships than being transparent. They never mentioned the three-day free pass — just rushed me into registration without a single word about terms or conditions. The facility is overcrowded to the point of chaos. Every machine had a queue, making it nearly impossible to complete a proper workout. Parking is a nightmare. I spent 10–15 minutes circling the area before I gave up and parked on the pedestrian walkway — not exactly what you expect when you’re paying premium prices. And speaking of price — for what they charge, you can find far better gyms in Dubai with modern equipment, better service, and actual space to train. I strongly advise anyone considering this place to look elsewhere. This gym is a complete disappointment. But the worst part? Their customer service is a complete joke. I tried calling them more than five times to cancel my membership and request a refund — no one answered or helped. I even sent an email, and they didn’t bother to reply. It’s clear they don’t care once they’ve taken your money.

Negative experience: I really enjoy training at Warehouse Gym. The facilities are great, the energy is motivating, and the staff at reception are always welcoming and supportive. Overall, it’s been a solid experience. Unfortunately, there’s been a recurring issue with one specific personal trainer whose behavior doesn’t reflect the positive culture the gym promotes. On several occasions, he’s approached me aggressively while I’m quietly training with my music on, creating an uncomfortable atmosphere. I’ve raised this concern multiple times, including directly with his manager, but nothing meaningful has been done to address it. It’s disappointing, especially when there are cameras that clearly show what’s happening. One person shouldn’t be allowed to ruin what is otherwise a great gym environment. I believe personal trainers should reflect the gym’s values, and this kind of aggressive, disrespectful behavior, including shouting and swearing, has no place here. I’m sharing this in the hope that the management takes these concerns seriously and ensures a more professional, respectful space for all members.

Fantastic experience: Been working out here for 2 months now and I have to say it’s ok, though I can’t be absolutely sure it’s the best because I am still discovering other gyms quite greatly reviewed by powerlifting/bb community. Generally it’s fine here for real grind and people mostly grinding too, not many posers, easy to find a good spotter and community seems to be generally friendly and beautiful. I like the OG vibe here that I didn’t get in any other warehouse gym. The only thing that I despise here is how guys are putting their bags on benches in the changing room occupying all possible places to sit instead of using lockers or at least putting their stuff above the lockers if it won’t fit in the locker cell so you have to move their stuff to have a place. Another little but reputational thing is not having proper water supply. At least selling it in big bottles for reasonable prices would have been such a respectable thing. Negative experience: Disappointed with the Experience – Not Worth the Hype or Price I had high expectations when I signed up for a membership at Warehouse Gym, especially considering the premium price. Unfortunately, it’s been a frustrating experience from the start. First off, the traffic situation around the gym is a nightmare almost every day. It takes forever just to get in and out, which is already discouraging before your workout even begins. Worse than that, the gym is constantly overcrowded due to the endless stream of walk-ins. It feels more like a public event than a members-only fitness space. It’s uncomfortable trying to train when every corner is packed, machines are always taken, and there’s barely any room to move around. Honestly, it makes me regret investing in such an expensive membership when it doesn’t even feel exclusive or properly managed. I expected a much better experience – instead, I just feel like I paid a premium to be stuck in traffic and fight for space. Wouldn’t recommend if you value your time, comfort, or sanity.

The staff is very supportive especially Jericho, he was super cooperative and responsive, explained everything clearly, gave me a tour, and even offered a welcome drink when I signed up. The gym is very clean (which I’m super picky about) Love the vibe, the variety of classes, and the fact that the Al Quoz branch is open 24/7!

Fantastic experience: First time trying out this gym, located on Umm Sequimm street ( opposite LuLu market ) and really liked it. I went for their Crossfit class in the Ladies section and the instructor was Becka, and loooved it! The time went extremely fast didn’t expect that. Also the gym for the ladies was quite big, the main gym was HUGE! We passed a nice cafeteria as well, great vibe i have to say and will definitely want to come back soon again.

Par ailleurs, j'ai envoyé un mail sur recommandation du staff par what's app, aucun retour. Zero réactivité, alors oui le lieu est grand et sympa. Mais un personnel qui manque de professionnalisme. Visite d'essai qui ne sera pas transformée. D'autres complexes sont bien meilleurs sur Dubaï.

Negative experience: Apart from the main branch in Al Quoz and Ibn Battuta, the rest of the branches do not have all the necessary sports equipment and devices. Also, for those who want a monthly subscription, they must come in person and pay because if the monthly subscription is made on the site, the monthly subscription price will be deducted repeatedly. This is a scam and the workers must clarify this or send a message stating that the amount will be withdrawn from the card. This is unprofessional behavior and I will not advise any of my friends or acquaintances to this club.
