Premier fitness gym

Positive experience: Its a nice gym. Ladies section is a bit small secluded but they have a nice community there. I wish there were more machines ans better atmosphere, but it does the work. I got their 7 months package and its worth it for the price.

Negative experience: Very small and a few of machines!! Not professional

Fantastic experience: I am 46 years old. One day, I received an offer from a gym. Honestly, I’ve always been a lazy person when it comes to working out, but I decided to join last month. I didn’t expect to go regularly, but I ended up going almost every day because I met some amazing people there who constantly encourage me. I’ve started learning a lot about fitness, health tips, and how to improve my immunity. Mr. Islam is an outstanding trainer—he gives me excellent advice on how to stay healthy. The front office staff, Mr. Omar, is always helpful, and sometimes Mr. Osman also steps in to help with training. This gym is really good for everyone. If you’re reading my review, I highly recommend you come and experience what I’m talking about!

The service is also very good. Everyone is friendly and supports you well. I want to thank my trainer, Nidheesh. He helps me a lot with my bodybuilding and always gives good advice. I'm happy with this gym and would recommend it to others.

The trainer in the ladies' section is exceptional — she’s incredibly dedicated and puts genuine effort into training each client. Thanks to her support, I’ve made noticeable progress. The ladies' section itself is clean and well-maintained. It has all the basic machines, a designated space for cardio workouts, and regular group classes that add variety to the routine.

The staff ensures that all the machines and equipment are regularly wiped down, and there are disinfectant stations conveniently located throughout the gym. The locker rooms and restrooms are always tidy, with cleaning staff making sure they stay in good condition during peak hours. It’s clear that hygiene is a top priority here. The gym is equipped with a variety of machines, from cardio equipment to weight machines, and everything in between. The machines are modern andmaintained well. I’ve noticed that they invest in keeping things up to date, and even during busy times, there’s rarely a wait for machines. The trainers at Premiere Fitness are knowledgeable and approachable. Whether you're a beginner or an experienced athlete, they offer helpful guidance. I’ve taken a few personal training sessions, and the trainers focus on form and technique while creating personalized plans. They’re always available to answer questions and offer advice, which has really helped improve my workout routines.

Negative experience: I raised concerns with management months ago regarding equipment, hygiene, and basic upkeep. Despite promises, nothing has changed. There are still no cleaning supplies for member use, bathrooms don’t have toilet paper or air freshener, and machines are often sweaty from prior use. Unacceptable.

Also, whats so nice about this gym is that the trainer really cares about every person especially if the person has a health condition, the trainer makes sure to alter the exercise so it fits every individual according to their condition. The environment of the gym is very motivating and exciting. I highly recommend everyone that is considering to join a gym to join premier fitness gym.

Very professional instructor who has long experience and hold many certificates in instruction and even in physiotherapy and dealing with injuries ..high class clients.. small gym , but very friendly staff. Being one of the oldest customer, I recommend it very much for locals and expats.
