Fantastic experience: I love this place. I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. The trainers are really awesome and helpful, they make you feel really comfortable. The 45 min training goes super fast and you really enjoy doing it. Everyday is a new training, so it is never boring.

Negative experience: Good gym , but be ready to get insulted by the trainer infront of everyone if you do any mistakes! The trainer who comes in the morning makes comments and make fun of your exercise infront of everyone! Very unprofessional guy! Not going back there again

Staff is helpful and friendly, gym is clean. They have ladies gym which who wants to get some privacy sometimes. My goal was to get 6pack abs within 2months it started to reflect, coach Muthu makes you workout really well more like personal trainer - I love it very much coach really matters.... There overhead one light making to much disturbing do needful. Regards.

Fantastic experience: Best gym in the city with best trainers. Availability: Not that much crowded also so you can get machines easily even at 6pm. There are some gym which are bigger than this but they are pricy and trainers will be busy. Equipment: All are new and all most machines are available. Cost: Cost is similar to other nearby gym maybe 10% higher but quality is top notch. You can get new year, ramadan offers. Facility: Separate women section is there Restrooms are there Karate, boxing, zumba training is there

Fantastic experience: It’s a really good gym with all the best equipments. All the staff members are really courteous and customer friendly. One among them is Ms.Nomi. She takes care of every minute details of her clients and motivates them to do more. Her coaching has been really effective and helpful. Good job!

Fantastic experience: Very spacious gym with lot of equipments. They have many membership offers. The membership fee is also reasonable. The gym is hygienic. Moreover the trainers are very kind, attentive and friendly . My personal fav trainer is Nomy (as I am training under her). They have a seperate section for ladies. Really helping their best in bringing out Definitely I don’t regret my membership at all!!!

Fantastic experience: Spacious gym with good equipments and Trainers. Lady trainer Ms. Nomi is a  professional coach and she extends proper daily training support. The daily workout program prepared by her gave us very good results.

Positive experience: I’ve been going to this gym for a while now and I have to say the equipment is really good and the staff are very helpful and nice. But I occasionally see insects of all different sizes and in some parts of the gym it is very dusty and isn’t very clean. Other than that the gym is really good and I hope that they solve this issue

Fantastic experience: The trainers here are very friendly and supportive. Special mentions to trainer Akhil, Sulfi and Rig. They're always around to help you out with the workouts and diet plans. They also have Zumba, Circuit Training, Power Yoga etc. headed by the well trained Rig. The pricing is too good for the services provided where everything is inclusive. All you have to do is pick your own type of training you like.
