Positive experience: I wanted to share my experience with one of the classes yesterday and I only joined the gym 2 months back it started with the kids studio around 5 30 pm. And then after was spinning class. A grey sweatshirt I was wearing I accidentally left it behind and I finished the spinning. Went back to pick it up. It was not there!. Vanished.i asked everyone even the reception unfortunately they couldn't help. The annoying the roomnwas empty and dark and no class. Its just the security system needs to be revised and safety. I didnt feel safe when my belongings ws simply taken even i know there is lockers. Anyways i just wanted to bring this management attention cuz this sweatshirt was back then expensive after

Negative experience: - so expensive when it doesn’t even have a pool inside the gym - I can’t understand why you need a membership to go for personal training , they used to offer classes without the need of membership right now they don’t anymore you have to pay for membership - I don’t get also why is the least 4 months , at least make it 2 months maybe I can’t attend the gym for 4 months I want to give it a try for a month - ladies area isn’t that private the running track is actually visible to the men’s, the reception is in the middle between males and females side so the entrance is the same for both genders , the restaurant is at the men’s side you can still access it as females but it’s on the man’s side - also if you asked for feee trail they would say we don’t do it we do not have it anymore , where as it’s there at the website ! I would say if you are okay with ‘mixed communities’ it would suit you but if you are looking for something private as a female I wouldn’t recommend it

Fitness Coach Isaac helped me and guided me through out the entire gym I would personally thank the manager who accepted coach isaac CV.

Negative experience: I made a complain on the staff HENRY at the Gym, I am a founder member and I brought my friend to the gym for free trail and he said you need to register and be accepted for free trail then I told him ok, I will register now let him enter with me.. then he became very offensive and started saying gym are for members and not for free trails then I told him who said that then he replied desrespectfuly and said I said so.. I told him really that's how you treat your customers.. he is very rude and not representing hos workplace properly even when I met him he did not introduce hisself by saying I am a reservation specailist, I only knew once I asked who are you ??? like whaaaat is this so unprofessional, rude, disrespectful, does not know how to deal with customers !!!! I complained about this on the call center on 27 October 2024 and they said they were going to call me and nothing happened until now... So unprofessional staff there maybe only "Henry" needs more training on how to speak witj customers.. I hope my message reaches them

Negative experience: I have 1 year membership at wellfit and I was fully satisfied with the classes and the gym equipment until the domain of the gym started to change . There any many cheaper options near by but I chose wellfit simply because of segregation and the number classes available. Unfortunately there are many mix classes being integrated in the daily schedules , the staff have no interest in any customers but be there to socialize and look their best . My husband refuse to go to the gym as most women personal trainers hang out in the men section . Shouldn’t all be segregated ? This is Sharjah , most of us made Hijra , but it seems changes like this is diluting the Islamic ethos and Al Jada will be the next JBR Dubai . Wellfit website states that members can bring guests up to 3 times, I was refused at the reception and was made to pay 100aed for my guest. I let it slide and didn’t bother complaining but this situation of being so westernized is effecting mine and many of my friends experience . We will consider terminating my contract if no changes have been made . Will also delete my negative feedback once I see changes . Many thanks

Positive experience: Great gym and facilities but no value for money seeing as other gyms in the area have all the same equipment for quarter of the price. They advertise 3 day free trial but are hesitant to even give the one day.please present to me ONE person who has been allowed to have three days lol you have turned all my friends off joining with me ! The women staff only care for being in the men section and mingling with the men as they have no interest in serving women or common customer service skills. The amount of mixed men and women classes together is very unnecessary and changing Sharjah as a whole. A negative change that you guys should put to a stop immediately if you want people to stop boycotting yall for it. If you care.. I wanted to even eat at your restaurant but the vibe is way off now with all the women and men trainers making it a hangout all mingling with eachother. Will remove my review when you guys make a change please. I have a yearly membership so don’t want to see this on for the next year

Positive experience: The gym has great facilities, but I was disappointed with the difference between the men and ladies sections. The men area is much larger, brighter, and has natural sunlight, making it a more inviting and energetic space. In contrast, the women’s section feels cramped, dark, and lacks any natural light, which can affect the overall workout experience. It’s frustrating since both sections have the same membership fee, yet the quality of the space is noticeably different. I hope the gym management considers this and try to improve ladies section.

Negative experience: I always have to wait up to 10 to sometimes 30 minutes just for a parking which takes a lot time from my workout! And the cardio section upstairs ac is too cold that after doing cardio I had a hard time breathing and extreme pain in my lungs for almost 30 minutes.

Positive experience: I've been attending this gym since February, and while there are several positives, there are areas that need improvement. The gym offers great amenities such as free water dispensers, clean and well-maintained locker rooms, and one free personal training session along with a body analysis—a fantastic feature to track progress over time. They also have a convenient app where you can track your attendance, easily sign up for classes and more which adds a level of flexibility and convenience. However, I can't help but notice the disparity between the men's and women's gym facilities. The men's section features large windows with a pleasant view and a significantly bigger space, whereas the women's section, despite paying the same, lacks these features. It feels like we are paying more for less, which is disappointing. One issue I experienced was when the gym closed earlier than expected. With about 15 minutes left before the official closing time, the staff had already shut down the machines, preventing me from completing my workout. To add to this, when I went to use the restroom, I found that the tissues and trash bins had already been removed, clearly signaling they were preparing to close early. While I understand the need to wrap up before the end of the day, paying members should be able to fully utilize the facilities until the actual closing time.
