Positive experience: A clean place to live in. Comfy. Spacious. Breakfast + lunch + dinner is served in a buffet for the staying guests. It has laudanry service. Facilities in the centeral amenities building include a indoor gym + barber shop (men saloon)+ a Majlis + wreck room with pool + indoor space for basketball, volley ball, indoor football + a squash hall+ the dining hall. The only rwas9n this is getting a 4 star is that the gym does not have a lot of equipment ( just cardio machines + dumbbells + 1 cable machine) and the opening hours is from 3pm-10pm. Hope this changes.

Positive experience: Meeting the housing needs of Nawah and ADNOC employees this hotel has delicious food and is well kept... BUT internet is hit or miss and quality of connection depends on which building you are in. Nearby Mall and McDonald's are quite useful.

Fantastic experience: Das Gästehaus Al Yash 6 ist vergleichbar wie ein kleines Hotel. Klimaanlage, Kühlschrank und TV sind vorhanden. Das Zimmer wird täglich gereinigt und der Wäschedienst klappt tadellos. Alles bestens.

Fantastic experience: The supervisor said that first pick up the cleaner and vaccine box and leave it in the brogue tent, then go to Yash 6 and pick up the staff and leave it in the brogue tent. I did exactly that but I went according to the road limit

Positive experience: Adnoc owned Guest house. Majority dwellers being from Nawah Energy company. Has a mini football court, tennis court, gym, indoor badminton cum basketball court, squash court and a cool restaurant. Swimming pool is missing from the near perfect guest house. Only bachelors or individuals without their families are allowed to stay. Spouses can have short visits. Has a mosque too but unfortunately no Friday juma prayers. Ample parking space and nearby to Ruwais mall.

Positive experience: This compound is managed by ADNOC. All meals, laundry service, gym, WIFI and house keeping services are complimentary. Grocery and gents saloon are also available. Receptionists are available 24/7 if you need any help.

Positive experience: This a single occupancy accommodation for ADNOC and Emirates Nuclear Energy employees. There building for both women and men. Single no accompanying family members. Standard hotel room with hot water pot and college dorm size refigurator but no microwaves allowed. One site dining hall buffet style, selection is excellent. Small mall with LuLu shopping (food, clothing and electronic, housewares), movie theater and coffee shops, plus a few shops, resturants and banking services. Downtown is has ADBC branch, post office, gas station, car wash and tire store. No car repair services, two car rental counters at mall. Accomodations has recreation facilities available. All is company paid. Also there is free laundry service and hair stylist for both men and women. Landscaping is a work in progress. Daily housing keeping services included. Note: only for of 8 building have Wi-Fi connection as of October 2017. If not in your building either go to common facility or lounge area of building with service. No date as to when other building will have wi fi. ADNOC facilities in town or nearby. Emerites Nuclear is one hour drive west. Major highway available with direction connection. Abu Dhabi is 2.5 hours East. Dubia is 3 hours East. Bus service to both locations from downtown. Shuttle bus for those without automobile. Emerites nuclear provides private bus for staff to plants and return No a public hotel. Restricted access to compound.
