Positive experience: I usually play badminton here :) very big room to play and there is library with nice books and a playground !! Also the pool is very epik though there are alot of concerning things in the water like nails and strands of hair :( and the person who watches the pool is uhm strange

Negative experience: The swimming pool Indian lady with short hair has the worst service ever. I am very disappointed at the service level and hope we will never have to visit again. pool is expensive compared to the quality too.

Today I went there, they said the pool only openes at 5 due to ramadan. It is not the first time that the receptionist gave me the wrong information If they do not know the exact information, just tell the people you dont know. It is super annoying

Negative experience: Its a spacious area with lots of potential. However the gym isn’t up to standard, the size of the room considering the area is small with outdated equipment and many of staff are not helpful and the manager isn’t up for suggestions. The pool is always closed with no pool for little kids.

Positive experience: Its convenient for mums with little kids that want to go out with friends for a while because they have a kiddies area. Theres 2 ladies gym with minimum equipment that I think can be replaced with newer ones because the wear and tear on them especially the treadmill. Otherwise it's nice with the availability of snacks for everyone.

Fantastic experience: There are two sides to the Ladies Club. From the street side entrance is the old side with pretty worn down everything. Still, I like this side because there is a huge room used as an indoor playground with little pens for the kids. One pen has ride-on cars. One has the plastic toy houses and kitchens. One has a couple of pianos. And the fun pen has tricycles and a swing set. All of these have foam floors for clumsy feet. There is a two-room gym and an auditorium where some classes are held. I prefer to use the gym on this side. Between the old and the new sides of the gym is a pool. The new side can be accessed from the back parking lot. It is very nicely decorated with neat chairs and a water wall. There are some playgrounds outdoors for kids. There's a large gym with nets set up on the ground floor. On the first floor, you'll find the workout machines, a yoga room, and an indoor track. There will be a salon with a kids room on the first floor, but as of February 2018, it is not yet complete. If your husband works for some of the major companies, check to see if you already have membership. I bought one and then found out that I already had one through my husband. I haven't asked about getting a refund yet, but it would've been nice for the staff member signing me up to check first since they asked for a work badge.
