Fantastic experience: Beautiful new studio with it’s unique style and positive energy. Love the attention to the details, some local vibes, motivational messages and reminders around you. It’s great to see that they have gathered amazing team of beautiful and inspiring people here in RAK. Yoga, Pilates, Smovey training and fitness, kids classes, art and more. I am sure everyone can find their own practice there.

Fantastic experience: Smash Studio rocks! Had the coolest time at their yoga class! The vibe is amazing, and the teacher is like a superhero of zen. Seriously, the energy in the class was off the charts - so uplifting and downright wonderful. The studio itself is super cozy, and you can tell they've put thought into every little detail. Smash crew made me feel right at home. It's like they've got this magical formula for creating the perfect balance of challenge and chill. Whether you're a yoga newbie or a seasoned pro, Smash Studio is where it's at. I'm definitely making this a regular thing. Highly, highly recommend! Keep being awesome, Smash Studio! ‍♂️✨

Fantastic experience: This place is such a welcome addition to the workout scene in RAK. Beautiful space and fantastic teachers. Special recommendation for yoga instructor Fran who gave us a wonderfully balanced session and guided us through an incredibly relaxing savasana.

Fantastic experience: The studio and instructors are amazing! I’m 5 months pregnant and regularly attend Fran’s yoga classes, Fran is knowledgeable, motivating and always accommodates me by giving me alternative poses to do.

Fantastic experience: We arrived in RAK to visit my daughter and her family 5 weeks ago. I purchased a monthly pass and accompanied her 5 days a week at @SMASHrak. I had a lot of trepidation as my daughter trains 2 consecutive classes a day and it sounded quite intense. These classes were life changing both physically and mentally. The instructors here are immensely professional, empathetic and encouraging but in no way pushy. They gave me the motivation to want to extend my abilities at every class I attended and as a result my strength and flexibility increased significantly in this time frame. This gym is safe. Safe in the way I felt extremely comfortable as a 68 year old grandmother to explore my potential without any judgement but instead received constant affirmations from the incredible women there. Safe also in the way that all classes were so well prepared and practiced by the instructors that I never felt worried that I would hurt myself. They are now my @SMASHrak family and I look forward to returning next year. Love and God’s blessings to all! Keep on Smashing it!

Fantastic experience: I had my first (ever) yoga session with Fran today! I went in fully expecting I wasn’t going to like it, I came out feeling more relaxed then ever! I went in feeling incredibly tense, but Frans calming voice and right amount of encouragement made me push the right amount! Can’t wait to start my yoga journey at SMASH RAK!

Fantastic experience: What a great addition to RAK, a cool venue, lots of different classes, and great people. I've done the HIT class and the yoga, and look forward to the weekly Broga sessions. They even have different kids sessions! Check it out (easy to find, basically opposite Mina Al Arab), keep fit and meet some nice people :D
