Fantastic experience: PROS: - great bodybuilding that suitable for beginners and hardcore bodybuilders. - fully equipped free weights and machines - very clean and well organised and spacious-ish - cheap monthly membership fee 200 dirhams only - super hot guys go to workout there - big windows that allow ample sunlight CONS: - low ceiling, therefore, the ventilation can be bad in the crowded hours - some members (especially Arabs) can be so loud when talking to each other which can be distracting when working out - daily/one time entry is 30 dirhams which is not bad, but if you are paying for one week you'll end up paying more tha the monthly membership which does not make sense - can be tricky to find by taxi it is on a first floor in a residential building. Just tell the taxi driver to take you to: Same side as the post office in al karama, opposite the civil defence/ministry of interior. On the first floor of bake mart plus building

Fantastic experience: One of the best gym for better physical fitness. Trainers are very calm and polite training provided professionally. Gym environment is very good. Cleanliness hygienic. Manager Mr. Girish was very friendly and charming. Good management. I suggest all the people join there those are interested in physical fitness and body building. Lady trainer is also available for ladies. Very reasonable price quality service

Positive experience: One of the oldest and best bodybuilding gyms in Dubai offering tailored & competitive pricing. The dumbbels are iron, great machines for all body parts, sufficient cardio machines and ample space with separate area for bodyweight exercises and sparring. A lot of the members & trainers are competitors and serious about their fitness goals. Has locker rooms, shower facilities, and a sauna, however can be renovated.

Fantastic experience: One of the best gym I have ever been. The gym has all the facilities including sauna different for ladies as well as men. All trainers are well qualified for their position who believe in long term results..

Fantastic experience: Me and my spouse joined the Gym about 3 months back. Met the owner Girish, very calm nd focused. He assigned us to Aabidh, for personal training. Since then We both have seen a lot of changes in our body, in terms for kgs we did not loose much just 3-5kgs, but in terms of Inches, there is a considerable difference. Leaving kgs and inches apart, the amount of strength and endurance that we can feel now, was never there before. It did not come easy, but thanks to Aabidh who made us go through all the pain and sweat. One last thing, you will feel at home at this gym. All trainers and staff make sure you are doing the workout correctly and if not they will correct you :) Thanks Unifit. Looking forward to many more years with you

Fantastic experience: Just joined !the best Place I found with regards to space ,equipments and most importantly the staff... specially Mr Abid , train you till you learn!! person with down to earth personality. All staffs are very friendly and work like team . Amenities like washroom, prayer room, steam bath and warm up area are very useful !!

Fantastic experience: Very good hard core gym. Very good equipments and in good condition. Never seen any equipment under repair. Trainers are very friendly and is always there to help. I took personal training from Mr. Shankar nd is a very nice person. He know the limits and plan the workout. Am enjoying this place. Good luck.

Negative experience: I would not recommend any one to join this gym. To be honest it one of the worst experiences I have had.The staff at the reception are all rude,all from Philippine & they don’t give a damn about anything . I have 3 arguments already In the gym. There is never tissue or toilet paper in the toilet. The gym smells bad & if u tell them they are like whatever . No proper music ..Mostly the customer service is extremely bad . The owner of the gym is not aware of all this unfortunately.. But the staff have messed it up . I have also paid and after having an argument regarding smell they have stopped my membership & I have not got my money back either . So there are so many better gyms u can join when staff will treat u with respect . Inspired of the argument the owner refused to speak with me regarding the matter. Me being a customer and still apologized and they still did not give a damn. It’s not like I’m going for free I am paying for it . Please don’t join this gym they don’t know how to treat or respect customers . It’s not about the money I was comfortable going there , but I rather pay somewhere else where I can get respect. Not recommend at all for anyone to join the gym .

Negative experience: I paid this gym just two days ago. Only for a month but my whole month is wasted for sure. As beginner no one is there to help. Trainers won’t leave their desk to help you. They are really busy watching videos on you tube or video calling with someone.trainers won’t even enter inside the gym as they don’t want to work. If you are beginner do not even think of spending on this gym. I would suggest fitness extreme branch where trainers are always there to help you. I was supposed to pay for 6months but thank god I paid only for a month and will change it next month. I so want to change right now but as I have paid I’ll have to visit this gym which I really don’t want to.
