Negative experience: Very rude coach Ike was extremely disrespectful to child and parent. They took full money and are not responding. Avoid this place

Fantastic experience: It was a good insightful learning experience with coaches Abdullah Bashar White and the others and Mr Osigwe Kingsley and Mr Lee is highly appreciated for the prompt help and services in checking up frequently.

Fantastic experience: Hello, by any chance does anyone know if coach jeremy is still around if yes please respond or place a thumbs up (it’s the MPAC next to the graveyard).

Negative experience: Don’t trust them. I enrolled my child in MPAC for one term, which initially seemed great. However, before the term ended, they started bombarding me with calls and WhatsApp messages, urging me to pay for the next term. Just two days after I paid, they informed me that only two children, including mine, had registered for the VISS location, deeming it unsuitable for my child's development. Despite my child often training alone previously, they decided to change the training time and location, which did not suit me. I had paid specifically for a certain time and location, and argued that any alterations were not my responsibility. They offered to hold my payment of 1417.5 AED as credit, which I found unreasonable as it would be tied up indefinitely. I requested either the continuation of training as initially agreed or a refund. Now, they're ignoring my messages and calls, leading me to feel like my money has been taken without services rendered.

Negative experience: Poor customer service and rude representatives destroying any potential for the facility

Positive experience: Coach Abdullah is the best. I would give all stars to him for making my lil one a champ, but the management team is a spam. They hike their prices for summer camps and forcefully make us pay for more classes and fails to give us any compensatory classes. And their customer care has got the worst attitude ever. Gentle request to whoever the owner is, hire ppl who speaks politely. That's like the basic necessity.

Negative experience: This place is not a good place to learn basketball the coaches wast all their time talking. They tell us to run for 10 minutes and they talk for another 10 minutes. They are not teaching they let us play games for the rest of the class and the game time only helps the students that know how to play not for beginners. The they Care about is money the pricing is really high and once they get your money they dont respond to your messages or calls unit the new season starts. I dont recommend this place pls dont go.
