Fantastic experience: Me and my husband have been a member since last year, and we actually enjoyed and delighted to be part of this family. The place is very accessible to us, we don't need to search for parking because they allotted a parking space for free. Their administrative team was very helpful, friendly and easy to approach specially Ms. Laila who’s ready to assist anytime. When it comes to the coaches, I really hooked up with the classes particularly to Body Combat with coaches Ms. Arlene and Sir Paolo, well of course coach Raf and Alam whose always give us motivation and spirits to achieved our goal. The gym is clean, well equipped and maintained. Keep it up. Metrofitt Dafza!

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of attending a Zumba Hip-Hop Dance Party, and let me tell you, it was an absolute blast from start to finish! Energetic atmosphere, from the moment i walked in, the energy was contagious. The music was pumping and everyone was ready to dance their heart out. Thank you for inviting me Zin Jeg2x! Kudos to Zin Ryan, Anghel and Dhellios, you were all amazing instructors, skilled dancers and fantastic motivators. Your enthusiasm was infectious and i couldn't help but get into the groove. The music selection was on point! It seamlessly blended hip-hop beats with Zumba rhythms, killer playlist! Moreover, this Zumba hip-hop dance party wasn't just about having fun, it was an intense cardio workout but enjoyable dance session. The combination of high-energy dance and great music was an amazing stress reliever. I left the event feeling not only physically invigorated but also mentally refreshed! Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for an affordable yet clean, functional well maintained gym equipment, super friendly and approachable staff from reception Team(Lilac and Alam) to their coaches and instructors (Coach Raf, Instructors like Ryan & Asem) , then visit METROFITT DAFZA branch , not only that it is operational all days of the week (yeah 24/7) but it also offers studio classes at a reasonable time of the day (after office hours ) so everyone can enjoy an activity (body pump, body attack, zumba) after an exhausting day in office . Me and my family + friends had our fitness goal and we thought of trying out this gym and enrolled in with a personal training sessions, luckily we had Coach Raf who not only is super approachable, accommodating with our concerns, knowledgeable in this field and always ready to help us achieve our goals by giving us different type of exercises each session , advancing its difficulty accordingly, providing proper warm up and cool down up to stretching acts. We now feel so much stronger compared to two months ago when we started, we are planning to continue and have this as part of our routine to continue to achieve and live a healthier lives. Had some issues with debit card auto payment and free months as they promised. So they should improve the system and explained clearly before .

Floor trainers should be more proactive to guide people who are not their personal training clients but they are humble. Membership prices are dicey as they change it often. Parking is free for two hours. Great place for people who like clean and less crowded gym.

Positive experience: Experience so far has been fairly good. Very crowded at peak hours. Inconvenience to enter the gym with their new App being mandatory to register. Trainer has no time for a beginner session to be booked. Would recommend but no steam or sauna available.

Making sure that the machines are properly sanitized making it safe to workout for all members. Moreover, the staff is very co-operative and is always ready to help you out incase of an inconvenience. My experience with my personal trainer Sam Andro was great.He proved to be an experienced trainer who knows what he is doing. Positive experience: I want to thank one of the best trainers I had (and I've had a few) Sam Andro for putting up with me. He pushed me and supported me when I didn't think I could. He got my body in a shape I haven't had in quite some time. I've never used any machines before and he talked me through how to use each one. I actually enjoy weightlifting which is something I never thought I would say. I actually looked forward to going to train for the first time in a long time. He also is so dedicated to safety that whenever he saw someone doing a potentially dangerous movement, he stopped everything to correct them. He is so friendly and professional and dedicated to his craft. He is all about accountability and kept my eating regime on target to maximize my results. Metrofit DAFZA was definitely better because of his presence.

Fantastic experience: Over the years I have tried so many different gyms, classes etc..., but after about 3-4 weeks I would drop off because I would either loose interest or just get bored of the same thing. When I started training with Sam earlier this year I actually really got into it. Although it may not have seemed like it while training, but I thoroughly enjoyed my sessions each week and Sam was so easy to get on with. He tailored the classes to my needs and made it a bit more fun. He was very helpful, extremely accommodating and let’s not forget encouraging and motivating. Positive experience: Metrofitt DAFZA I have been to many good gyms across Mumbai, Chennai, Hong Kong and Dubai. I find Metrofitt DAFZA to be one of the best in my experience - they have a wide variety of machines, spacious and bright layout and ensure proper hygiene standards. The staff is friendly and helpful. My personal trainer Sam Andro is an intelligent and focussed professional. He keeps me motivated and answers all my queries promptly as well as efficiently. Since I am a vegetarian and prefer Indian food, he has gone out of his way to understand Indian cuisine and design my diet plan accordingly. He also guides me about the required supplements and protein intake that is integral to my personal fitness goals. He guides me for my workout schedules either in person or on phone if I do not have a regular session with him, thereby ensuring that I do not miss out on my workout. I wish Coach Sam good luck, wish that he continues to motivate others as well and hope that Metrofitt continues its good service standards. The only area of improvement I see is the music - it should be more peppy and workouts oriented.

Fantastic experience: Staying Fit and Exercising is my responsibility. As a member of this branch I would like to thank the Coaches at Metrofitt, Dafza for making exercising more interesting. Thanks to all the classes at the studio and thanks to the trainers. I would specially thank Mr.Sam Andro Coach & First Aid provider at the gym. Once during the training I experienced low sugar levels, I took a spoon of raw sugar, which was not sufficient and Mr. Sam gave me glucose tabs, asked me to keep the tab below my tounge. It helped me immediately to recover. I could drive back home safely that night. I am thank full to Mr. Sam for the timely attention given. At Metrofitt Dafza, the staff and coaches are very friendly. I have recommended the center to many.

Staff is (politely) refusing help as they are concentrating more on personal training. Staff is (politely) asking regular members to clear space for personal training. Parking time of 2 hours is less for workout+ shower Missing basic equipment like standing ab rotate machine and forearm curl machine .

Positive experience: The gym can really save their staff some time and money by having them check their social media feeds from home instead of coming all the way to DAFZA to do it. Great equipment but if you plan on showering there and getting ready for work, good luck - that's where they saved the money to pay for the equipment. Les Mills VR classes work really well and all equipment in the studio is of high quality - just remember to show up a bit early to remind the staff to start the system as the class timings clearly correspond to when new cat videos drop on YouTube. Well worth the money though.
