Fantastic experience: Great experience with metrofitt gym. For someone who don’t like to workout, i’ve been pretty consistent since i joined. All credit goes to Personal trainer *Basit* . He’s very much skilled and fun to be with. Basit helps to stay accountable and motivates us to give our best. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for PT. Feels great to be stronger every passing day.

Fantastic experience: Im so glad that i joined this gym with personal trainer Basit, He is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and very patient especially as im a beginner. He takes the time to fully concentrate on one client during the dedicated time which is a plus point. He encouraged me to push my limits and it has empowered me in many ways. Fantastic experience: Simple gym with good amenities and equipment! 24 hour gym means it’s very useful for if you’re busy with work during the day etc… Staff are also friendly and helpful! My personal trainer is Basit and he’s been a great coach for me so far and has shown me the correct way to do exercises in a way that prevents injury. He will always be willing to push clients further but without causing issues as a result!

Positive experience: For all the guys lookin at reviews to decide whether to join Metrofit or not First and foremost never pay by card..pay with cash as they always have auto renewal which is even if you are not going they will still deduct the money and getting refund from them will drive you mental Secondly, the gym environment is fine, equipments are also decent. They have some amazing group classes which I believe comes with the membership. Lastly, prior to joining and making payment rectify all your queries as Metrofit has a lot of hidden charges..their customer service is poor so later don’t expect them to help you in any way

Negative experience: They are using my videos to bring more people and it’s not right ..very bad they are not good with the appointments

Fantastic experience: Me and my husband have been a member since last year, and we actually enjoyed and delighted to be part of this family. The place is very accessible to us, we don't need to search for parking because they allotted a parking space for free. Their administrative team was very helpful, friendly and easy to approach specially Ms. Laila who’s ready to assist anytime. When it comes to the coaches, I really hooked up with the classes particularly to Body Combat with coaches Ms. Arlene and Sir Paolo, well of course coach Raf and Alam whose always give us motivation and spirits to achieved our goal. The gym is clean, well equipped and maintained. Keep it up. Metrofitt Dafza!

There is Laila you is veru supportive and assist on all queries also tbere is a trainer Raphael who always helps with the training he has all the patience in the world and also answers wherever we ask for help.. From the welcoming front desk staff (Ms. Lilac & Paschal) to the superb PTs. Particularly PT Coach Raf, he is super knowledgeable and helpful in taking interest no matter what level of fitness you're at. You will also enjoy group classes , both instructors and members are friendly. Gym has overall good vibe.

Fantastic experience: I recently had the pleasure of attending a Zumba Hip-Hop Dance Party, and let me tell you, it was an absolute blast from start to finish! Energetic atmosphere, from the moment i walked in, the energy was contagious. The music was pumping and everyone was ready to dance their heart out. Thank you for inviting me Zin Jeg2x! Kudos to Zin Ryan, Anghel and Dhellios, you were all amazing instructors, skilled dancers and fantastic motivators. Your enthusiasm was infectious and i couldn't help but get into the groove. The music selection was on point! It seamlessly blended hip-hop beats with Zumba rhythms, killer playlist! Moreover, this Zumba hip-hop dance party wasn't just about having fun, it was an intense cardio workout but enjoyable dance session. The combination of high-energy dance and great music was an amazing stress reliever. I left the event feeling not only physically invigorated but also mentally refreshed! Fantastic experience: If you’re looking for an affordable yet clean, functional well maintained gym equipment, super friendly and approachable staff from reception Team(Lilac and Alam) to their coaches and instructors (Coach Raf, Instructors like Ryan & Asem) , then visit METROFITT DAFZA branch , not only that it is operational all days of the week (yeah 24/7) but it also offers studio classes at a reasonable time of the day (after office hours ) so everyone can enjoy an activity (body pump, body attack, zumba) after an exhausting day in office . Me and my family + friends had our fitness goal and we thought of trying out this gym and enrolled in with a personal training sessions, luckily we had Coach Raf who not only is super approachable, accommodating with our concerns, knowledgeable in this field and always ready to help us achieve our goals by giving us different type of exercises each session , advancing its difficulty accordingly, providing proper warm up and cool down up to stretching acts. We now feel so much stronger compared to two months ago when we started, we are planning to continue and have this as part of our routine to continue to achieve and live a healthier lives. Positive experience: this is the first gym where they don’t play music it’s so frustrating actually. people have to workout in silence ans listen to others noises. also there is no fan in the gym tho this is fully ac but still people sweat like a pig, there should be some fans in case someone is feeling suffocated n they instantly need some air. rest everything is good

Im a long time member of MF Dafza from the time MF started 2017. And for now i have a current trainor coach RAF, he gives me more importance & he listen to what you want to achieve your goal after thevtraining finish. Likewise we members who attend his class every friday @ 6pm. Also include the instructors whom i ❤️ most are Marissa, Ryan in Zumba & Arlene, Pau in Body Combat...❤️❤️❤️

Positive experience: I have been a member of Metrofitt since 2019 and very happy with the facility, the gym is 24hours and is super clean, 2hours of free parking for members, activities like zumba, yoga etc and most importantly the friendly staffs and trainers especially ever smiling Laila, Judith & Alam, anyone who is fitness freak living around dafza should try them.

Positive experience: Good gym at affordable price. Classes r good specially body pump and body attack by Asem at dafza branch. Also enjoying zumba and body combat there. Had some issues with debit card auto payment and free months as they promised. So they should improve the system and explained clearly before .

Fantastic experience: Convenient, 24hrs and staff are helpful. I haven't faced any issues thus far and I'd happily continue on. Equipments are plenty and the recent addition of the trap bar is the perfect touch.

Fantastic experience: Well maintained equipments and very clean. Not too crowded and off course lovely people around to motivate you. Floor trainers should be more proactive to guide people who are not their personal training clients but they are humble. Membership prices are dicey as they change it often. Parking is free for two hours. Great place for people who like clean and less crowded gym.

Positive experience: Experience so far has been fairly good. Very crowded at peak hours. Inconvenience to enter the gym with their new App being mandatory to register. Trainer has no time for a beginner session to be booked. Would recommend but no steam or sauna available.

Positive experience: Clean and well sanitized, lucky to have a calm and considerate trainer Coach Rodrigo Nicolas. I lost weight of what he taught me tho I cant even visit there regularly. The staffs are polite , friendly and approachable I love being surrounded by positive people they keep motivating the gymers helping one another. Just froze my acct last day to have rest and I'm excited to be back on May and that will be my 1 year spending my day off in dafza Metrofitt Gym!

Positive experience: An ok place for exercising. Do bring your own headphones cause the music sucks big time. Update: The team contacted me immediately and is actively following up to address the music issue. Quite proactive and helpful.

Positive experience: Not the best gym. Small amount of equipments and the equipment are not the best quality. Usually very busy from 4 pm to 9 pm. The best thing about this gym is the price and being open 24/7.

Positive experience: A great place to work out with reasonable membership pricing. The crowd is friendly and enough equipment to go around. It's also open 24/7 365 so timing isn't an excuse any more.
