Fantastic experience: Nora has been my private yoga trainer fr almost 5 months. She’s a dedicated, punctual and an amazing yoga instructor. I was suffering from slipped disc and knee pain fr years and Alhumdulillah under Nora’s guidance and help, my pains have reduced tremendously and have become very flexible. It also gave me the boost of confidence. She is extremely understanding, taking my limitations into consideration while constantly motivating me. Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been going to Argia for nearly two years now. It has been a great experience for both of us. Nora and Guruji ensure that we give more than 100 percent in every class. There is no half-way with them! And that has made a big difference for us, both in terms of our fitness and health.Every session is enjoyable and a thorough workout! Along with the exercises, we also get some great tips on healthy foods.

Fantastic experience: I started going to Argia Yoga centre because of knee pain problem. Initially it was tough to do with bad knee.But with regular practise I noticed my knees improving.Its been year and half and I do not have knee pain any more.When I started yoga, thats when I realised how much disconnected was my mind with my body.I learnt to be connected,Nura and Guruji helped me find balance which brought peace and harmony mentally and physically. Fantastic experience: This is an awesome learning place. Both teachers Nora and Guruji are amazing gurus and are lovely human beings. They selflessly teach and train their students which is very rare to find in today's commercial world. Million stars for this place. I was fortunate to get trained for 3 months and had to stop for personal reasons. But in those 3 months i was pushed to the best of my ability by guru Nora and for a week by Guruji and now i am able to practice at home by my ownself. The practice has made a so much differnce to my health, my sugar levels are under control and i am under no medication. Will definitely restart once time permits. Thank you so much Nora and guruji
