Negative experience: I lost my body shape, I was extremely much better than now. Knowing that I used to go to gym, I don’t recommend it, go to gym instead, normal exercises feels better and much better results

Fantastic experience: For busy people this is the best training around. The Training I receive is second to none and the staff are Friendly, Helpful and extremely professional while carrying out the training sessions I would recommend NRG Wave anytime
